How to Organise Vision Management ?

Prepare a Vision Manual which will: a) State Vision b) Identify Major MissionsLike,physical,mental etc empowerment and document the system for execution c)Create active groups under shadow ministries who can Derive the components of the Missions as per the guidelines given d) Create audit groups involving even journalists e)Conduct monthly reviews and correct steps at all levels systematically
