VTNs main services:

The Company's main service is data transmission services such as IP VPN (L2, L3) Leased line. For these services, customers are mainly banks, ministries and enterprises.

QoS of IP VPN service that VTN commits Customers, example as follows:

a. For inter- province links and provincial level links: + Bandwidth:> = 95% + Latency (RTT, packet size = 1520 bytes) <= 250 ms + Packet loss: <= 0.3% b. For district level Links: + Bandwidth:> = 95% + Latency (RTT, packet size = 1520 bytes) <= 500 ms + Packet loss: <= 0.3% c. For VSAT-IP Links: + Bandwidth> = 95% + Packet latency (RTT, packet size = 1472 bytes) 780ms + 0.3% packet loss.

Aside from parameters above, VTN also commits with customers on troubleshooting time:

For the links at the center of the domain, the fix must be completed within one hour. For provincial and local links in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, the complete fix within 4 hours. The other links troubleshooting completed within 24 hours. The troubleshooting time is calculated from the time VTN receives a notification by phone from customer to the link returns to normal operation
