Introduction
A RRM Retailer Relationship Management is a system for Ufone Franchise which intended to organize, store relative large amount of data easily & control the presales and post sales activities in an organization. A RRM System consists of software that operates database, providing storage, access, security and backup.
Motivation
Flexibility: ease of maintaining and adapting a system. Scalability: the ability to support scalable growth of hardware and software capacity . Interoperability: open standards that allow two or more systems to exchange and use software and data. Scaleup: increased work that can be accomplished. Speedup: decrease in time to complete a task. Availability: increased accessibility of system. Data control: locate data to match an organizations structure. Reliability: increase data availability by replicating data at more than one site.
Objectives
The project will serve the following objectives : Add and maintain S&D b/w Ufone to Franchisee & in b/w Franchise to FSO, Retailers, whole seller & their customers. Add and maintain the records of Inventory on daily bases. Maintain financial reports for Franchisee on daily bases. Provides a convenient solution of billing pattern. This system will help the Franchisee for fast generating Reports & Invoices.

Requirement Analysis & Design Tools modeling: Design DFD (Using Visio) Logical database design: ERD (using Visio) Modify the ER diagram if necessary. Normalization. Database implementation and application: Create the database (tables, keys, constraints) using SQL. Create queries to demonstrate the use of the database. Documentation.
