CONCLUSION
It was found that 91% households in South Delhi that we surveyed uses TATA DONGLE & 9% did not. People in South Delhi rate NET Dongle today as: Necessity35 % A Good option- 48% Wastage17% 9% who didnt have NA/Cs think that: a)Expensive 5% b)Unsatisfactory performance 2% c) High dissonance in getting proper services 2% 65% of the customers who filled questionnaire answered that they use TATA PHOTON and rest by other compititors. People said that: They strongly agree to the fact that after sales services by TATA PHOTON are excellent . They agree that TATA brand name has enhanced PHOTON sales. The initial cost was of neutral value to people relating to TATA PHOTON. TATA PHOTON+ is preferred more then the older version WHIZ Good after sales services carries huge weight age to the public. Around 38% of the household surveyed belong to the Above 30,000 income per month group. Interestingly, it was found that using a TATA PHOTON is independent of the price & shows a correlation of .016 Factor analysis showed that: After sale services by TATA PHOTON were excellent The browsing and downloading speed of a NET DONGLE matters a lot in its purchase.
