We choose the right location in Shah Alam for our business, it is

because by choosing the strategic location can contribute to the success of our business. It is because by choosing the wrong choice of the location can result in a lower sales and higher operational costs for our business operation. We choose Shah Alam as our manufacturing place to distribute our products, it is because Shah Alam are located near the customers and they have also many facilities such as parking lots, public transportation services, banks and universities. This is the place that are located where raw material and manpower are easy to obtain.

Choice of location will depend on the following factors :

Distance from the source of raw material

Our business are uses raw material that are perishable. So we have choose the location that are located near the fresh market and this is to make it more easier to get or bought our fresh raw materials for our products. For example, potatoes, miced meat, chicken, onion; that is for to make our puff.

Availability of manpower

We choose Shah Alam for our business operation it is because of the population of the people. This is because of this population, it will easier to obtain mainpower. Difficulty in hiring workers can affect our business operation.

Transportation facilities

In Shah Alam, the transportation service are available. So, with the transportation services, so that carriage inward and outward of raw materials can be handled effectively.
