As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Dodson brings a broad scope of experience to his practice. Prior to establishing the Law Offices of James W. Dodson, he was a partner in a large Clearwater law firm, representing clients in personal injury litigation. As an assistant United States attorney, he defended medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits against physicians in federal court. In 2001, he opened his own office focusing exclusively on those whose lives have been affected by the wrongful act of another, including all accident cases, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims.
