Dr. Harris had her first spiritual awakening in 1958 when she was only 9 years old. She has been on her spiritual journey ever since. In her book Take Two Cookies and Call Me in the Morning, she shares via a parable how love is the wonderful experience of feeling connected. The story begins with a unique spiritual experience that Dr. Harris had while in college and incorporates her journey and her life's lessons that brought her to the simple and easy awareness that when we have our hearts open we feel connected and can give and receive love.
