Die Produktgruppe REFRADRY

beschreibt Trockenmischungen zum
Auffllen von Hohlrumen. REFRADRY
dient u.a. der Auskleidung von Stahl
pfannen zum Auffllen der Zwischenrume zwischen Verschleifutter und
Dauerfutter zur Erzielung einer kraftschlssigen Verbindung.

different ceramic materials.

Alle REFRADRY Materialien werden

entsprechend der Aufheizempfehlung
des angrenzenden Basismaterials
(FFSteine, Feuerbeton, etc.) getrocknet
und aufgeheizt!
Eine separate, REFRADRY spezifische
Aufheizvorschrift, ist somit nicht zu
bercksichtigen!
Diese Aufheizvorschrift ist eine produktbezogene, allgemeine Richtlinie fr das
Erstaufheizen der betreffenden Produkte
unter Idealbedingungen. Eine Anpassung an die Gegebenheiten am Ort der
Zustellung ist daher immer erforderlich.
Beachten Sie bitte unbedingt unsere
Hinweise zur Aufheizung monolithischer
Feuerfestprodukte.

REFRADRY is usually used to fill

the hollow space between wear lining
and safety lining in steel ladles. Al
REFRADRY materials are dried and
heated up accordance to the heating up
schedule of the ceramic base material
(refractory brick, refractory castable, etc.).
You dont need to take care on a special
heating up schedule for this type of
material.
This initial-heating-up instruction is a
general guideline for the initial heating-up
procedure of the respective products
under ideal conditions. The actual
conditions may vary so that the heating
up-curve always has to be adjusted.
Please take notice of our remarks on the
heating-up of monolithic refractories.
