Der gekammerte Gleitring-O-Ring-Dichtsatz, innendich-tend, mit Stufenprofil des Gleitringes erhht in Tandemanordnung die Dichtheit und ist einseitig wirkend. Der GGDI-SP ist fr den kombinierten Einsatz in Verbindung mit einer weiteren Stangendichtung (z. B. TDI) zur Lsung anspruchsvollster Dichtungsaufgaben konzipiert.

The GGDI-SP inside sealing captive slide and O-ring seal is a single-acting rod seal with step profile to increase the sealing efficiency. The GGDI-SP is normally used in tandem with a secondary seal (e. g. TDI) where it can meet the most demanding sealing requirements.

Montage
Der Gleitring wird ber die Stange gezogen und dabei etwas aufgedehnt. Der O-Ring wird durch einfaches Einlegen in die Nut eingebracht. Es ist darauf zu achten, da sich dieser dabei nicht verdreht. Der Gleitring wird nun von der Stange genommen, nierenfrmig gebogen und in die Nut des Zylinderkopfes gleichmig auf den O-Ring gelegt. Die gestufte Seite zeigt zur Druckseite, die angeschrgte Seite nach auen. Die geschlitzten Kammerringe werden seitlich neben dem Gleitring-O-Ring-Paket eingeschnappt. Dabei mssen die Kammerringe rundum auf den am Gleitring angeformten seitlichen Abstzen anliegen. berprfen Sie zum Schlu nochmals die Einbaurichtung des Gleitringes.

Fitting
The slide ring is pulled over the rod and is thereby slightly expanded. The O-ring is then inserted into the groove. Care has to be taken that it is not twisted. The slide ring is removed from the rod, bent into the shape of a kidney, and inserted uniformly into the groove of the cylinder head onto the O-ring. The step must be facing the pressure direction. The split L-rings are snapped into the groove each side of the slide ring and O-ring and should sit firmly down on the moulded steps of the slide ring. A final check should be made to ensure the slide ring the correct way round.

Anwendung
Verbesserte Variante einer Gleitring-O-Ring-Dichtung mit hherer Dichtheit. Gleitring kann bei Montage nicht beschdigt werden und im Einsatz nicht abkippen. Keine Spaltextrusion, kein Schleppldruck bei Tandemanordnung. 76
