Herstellung der Fertigteilelemente
Die Fertigteile bestehen aus drei Schichten:
Die erste bilden die als U- oder L-Schalen
ausgeführten Elemente, die in unterschiedli-
chen Winkeln mit gesäuerter Oberfläche
hergestellt sind. Nur die Vorderseite enthält
dabei das werthaltige Material mit größeren
Steinen, die nach einem Schleifvorgang
sichtbar werden. Die terrazzoartige Oberflä-
che wird so mit minimalem Materialverbrauch
erreicht. Nach dem Verlegen der Dämmung
wird die Bewehrung eingelegt und der tra-
gende Kern des Sandwichelements beto-
niert. Die Herstellung im Werk garantiert den
gleichmäßig hohen Qualitätsstandard zu
niedrigen Kosten.
Production of the prefabricated units
The prefabricated units have three layers: the
outermost layer is the U- or L-shaped shell.
These are produced in a variety of angles; the
surfaces are lye-treated. Only the fronts con-
tain the larger stones, a more costly material:
after the units are sanded, these stones be-
come visible. In this manner it is possible to
minimise the amount of material required to
achieve the terrazzo-like surface. After the in-
sulation is installed, the reinforcement is posi-
tioned and then concrete is poured into the
sandwich unit’s load-bearing core. The pro-
duction of these units in the workshop setting
guarantees a consistently high standard at a
low cost.

je 80 mm zurück. Die Pfeiler variieren in der Breite
und stehen versetzt aufeinander.

On each successive story, the facade steps back
80 mm. The widths of the posts vary, and their
