Planul tematic al lecţiilor practice la Ortodonţie.

Anul IV, semestrul VII, anul de studiu 2018-2019

1. Introducere în ortodonţie. Cunoştinţa cu organizarea şi echipamentul tehnic al secţiei de

ortodonţie. Regulile de aseptică şi antiseptică.
2. Laboratorul de tehnică dentară, utilajul, materiale, instrumentele, tehnica de securitate a
muncii.
3. Dezvoltarea prenatală a feţei. Creşterea postnatală a scheletului facial. Integrarea
proceselor de creştere cu dezvoltarea musculaturii feţei.
4. Ocluzia. Definiţia. Ocluzia fiziologică, tipurile. Particularităţile ocluziei dentare
fiziologice la diferite vârste.
5. Ocluzia patologică. Definiţie. Tipurile. Caracteristica generală a dereglărilor ocluziei în
sens sagital, vertical şi transversal.
6. Studiul biometric de model. Aprecierea dezvoltării arcadelor dento-alveolare în cele trei
panuri de referință.

отделения. Правила ассептики и антисептики.
2. Зуботехническая лаборатория, оборудование, материалы, инструменты, техника
безопасности труда.

3. Пренатальное развитие лица. Послеродовой рост лицевого скелета. Интеграция

процессов роста и развития мышц лица.
4. Прикус, определение. Физиологические разновидности прикуса. Общая
характеристика.
5. Патологический прикус. Определение. Типы прикуса. Общая характеристика
нарушения прикуса в саггитальной, вертикальной и трансверсальной плоскостях.
6. Биометрические исследования модели. Определение развития зубоальвеолярных дуг.

6. Orthodontics Terminology.
7. Malocclusion. Definition. Types. General characteristic of sagital, vertical, transversal
anomalies of occlusion.
8. Orthodontic impressions, materials used, impression technique at children.
9. Biometric analysis of study models. Estimation of Tooth ArchLength Discrepancy.
