1. Neue Lichtabdeckung an der Dampfschleuse

Schaumstoff zur Lichtabdichtung zwischen dem Filmhandlingsteil und der Entwicklungs-

maschine im Bereich der Dampfschleuse. Der zur Zeit verwendete selbstklebende
Schaumstoff (Meterware) hat sich mit der Zeit angelöst und verklebte die Geräte. Beim Tren-
nen der Geräte wird die Lichtabdichtung zerrissen und muß gegebenenfalls erneuert werden.
Für die Abdichtung steht jetzt ein chemiebeständiger Schaumstoff zur Verfügung. Er wird ent-
sprechend zugeschnitten geliefert und ist selbstklebend.
Vor dem Aufbringen ist die Klebefläche zu reinigen, um eine gute Haftung zu gewährleisten.

2. New light seal at the steam gate

Foam rubber seal as a light seal between the film handling section and the film processor at
the steam gate. The presently used self-adhesive foam material (available by the meter) dis-
solves partly by the time and glues the machines together. When the machines are then dis-
connected the light seal is torn apart and must probably be renewed.
Now there is a chemical resistant foam seal available for this position. It is cut at the respec-
tive size and is self-adhesive.
Before attaching the new seal the contact surface of the machine must be cleaned in order to
guarantee tight connection.

3. Nouveau couvercle étanche à la lumière sur la guillotine à vapeur

Ruban en mousse pour l'étanchéité à la lumière entre la partie manipulation du film et la dé-
veloppeuse film dans la zone de la guillotine à vapeur. La mousse autocollante (vendue au
mètre) utilisée actuellement, se désagrège avec le temps et colle sur les machines. En sépa-
rant les machines le joint est déchiré et doit être remplacé. Il existe maintenant pour faire le
joint un ruban en mousse autocollant, résistant aux produits chimiques. Il est livré coupé à la
longueur souhaitée.
Avant de le placer nettoyez la surface sur laquelle il doit être appliqué pour garantir une bonne
adhérence.
