1. Anleitung für «smart doc» / Guide for «smart doc»

Alle nötigen Dokumente für Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme, Nutzung und Wartung der Anlage werden auf einem
USB Stick ausgeliefert. / All necessary documents for assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of
the system are delivered on a USB stick.
Unten an der Motorabdeckung ist ein Schraubdeckel zu sehen. Darunter sind die Steckerschnittstellen für die
blackBOX plaziert. Hier ist der smart doc USB Stick platziert. MERKE: Bei T-Anlagen nur beim Schwenkapparat
vorhanden. / Down at the motor cover can be seen a screw cap. Among the connector interface for blackBOX
placed. Here the smart doc USB stick is placed. NOTE: At present T-plants only when pivoting apparatus.

pL-CNC-Drehtische sind CNC-Rundachsen. Sie sind dazu bestimmt, in unvollständige- oder vollständige
Maschinen nach 2006/42/EG integriert zu werden zum Zweck, mit geeigneten Spannmitteln Werkstücke
aufzunehmen und diese zwischen oder während des Bearbeitens um die eigene Achse zu drehen. Anstelle von

Werkstücken können unter den gleichen Bedingungen auch Werkzeuge oder unvollständige Maschinen auf der
Spindel des Drehtisches befestigt werden. / pL-CNC rotary tables are CNC rotational axes. They are intended to
be integrated into incomplete or complete machines according to 2006/42/EC, where they are intended to hold
workpieces by means of suitable clamping devices and to make these rotate round their own axis during
processing. Also tools or incomplete machines might be connected to the spindle of the rotary table instead of
workpieces if the same conditions are observed.

Bei der Entwicklung der pL-LEHMANN Produkte ist die Risikobeurteilung nach MRL 2006/42/EG, Anhang VII
Absatz B «Spezielle technische Unterlagen für unvollständige Maschinen», umgesetzt worden. Dazu wurde die
Norm EN ISO 12100:2010 angewendet. / The Risk Assessment in accordance with MRL 2006/42/EG, Appendix
VII, para. B «Special technical documents for incomplete machines», has been used in the development of pL-
LEHMANN products. Standard EN ISO 12100:2010 was also applied.
Daraus folgende Festlegungen, Hinweise, Forderungen und Warnungen für Techniker und Bediener sind an
den betreffenden Textstellen deutlich vermerkt. / The resultant specifications, information, requirements and
warnings for technicians and operators are clearly marked in the corresponding passages.
