igualdad de gnero y otras medidas contra el sexismo en las aulas que no hacen sino
ahondar an ms en una postura radicalmente errnea que pretende negar unas
caractersticas propias a los varones, provocndoles una autntica crisis de identidad. Los
chicos no necesitan que se les rescate de su masculinidad sino que se les comprenda y se
les apliquen modelos pedaggicos adaptados a su peculiar forma de aprender y
comportarse. Dejemos a los chicos ser chicos y reencontrarn su identidad. Ayudmosles
a convertirse en caballeros y ellos solos cerrarn el abismo educativo que les separa de
las chicas.116
