MC Kontaktlamellentechnik: Grenzenlose Mglichkeiten

Kontaktlamellen sind speziell geformte, widerstandsfhige Geometrien aus Kupferlegierung, je nach Anwendung versilbert oder vergoldet. Der konstante Federdruck der Lamelle sorgt fr eine permanente Kontaktierung mit der Kontaktoberche und daraus resultiert ein geringer und konstanter Durchgangswiderstand. Die Kontaktlamellentechnik ermglicht uns, eine Vielzahl von Lsungen anzubieten und selbst hrteste Bedingungen zu erfllen, sowohl elektrisch (bis zu mehreren kA), thermisch (bis zu 350C) als auch mechanisch, mit Kontaktbestndigkeit bis zu 1 Million Steckzyklen. Wir sind auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung kundenspezischer Lsungen spezialisiert.

MC Multilam Technology: unlimited possibilities

Multilams are specially formed, resilient strips of copper alloy which are gold or silver-plated according to their application and are oat-mounted in a groove. By its constant spring pressure the Multilam maintains continuous contact with the contact surface, resulting in a low and constant contact resistance. Multilam technology allows us to meet a very broad range of requirements and to nd solutions to the most severe constraints, including electrical (up to several kA), thermal (up to 350C) and mechanical, with contact durability of up to 1 million mating cycles. We are specialised in the design of custom solutions.

Thermal steady current Depending on cross-section and cable type, RobiFix can be used for a thermal steady current up to 180A. With 2 RobiFix in sandwich construction, screwed together with spacers at a distance of 1cm, max. 320A are possible. This is particularly interesting for aluminium spot-welding guns.

Derating Diagramme
Die Strombelastbarkeit von Steckverbindern wird durch die thermische Belastbarkeit der Werkstoffe der Kontaktelemente einschliesslich Anschlsse und der Isolierteile begrenzt. Die Derating-Kurve gilt daher fr Strme, die dauernd, nicht intermittierend, durch jedes Kontaktelement der Steckverbindung gleichzeitig iessen drfen, ohne dass die obere zulssige Grenztemperatur berschritten wird.

Derating diagrams
The current capacity of a connection is limited by the thermal capacity of its contact, connecting and insulating materials. The derating diagram shows the continuous current (not intermittent) that ows through all the contact elements of a connector at one time, whereby the max. temperature limit is not exceeded.

Die Qualitt eines Steckverbinders wird bestimmt von der Summe der Widerstnde Rtotal (Rcrimp1 + Rcrimp2 + Rcontact). Je niedriger der Gesamtwiderstand, desto geringer sind die Verlustleistungen Pv am Steckverbinder. Kleine Verlustleistungen zeichnen eine efziente und umweltfreundliche Steckverbindung aus.

The quality of a plug connector is determined by the sum of the resistances Rtotal (Rcrimp1 + Rcrimp2 + Rcontact). The lower the overall resistance, the smaller are the power losses Pv in the plug connection. Small power losses are characteristic of an efcient, environment-friendly connector.
