/Anatomy of an offenders` town: Why the inhumane concentration camp town Dachau will always remain a swinish offenders` town Dachau.

Information for international readers: This is a bilingual german-english information essay on the true nature of the morally debased offenders` town Dachau. The English version of this essay starts after the german version on page 6.

Ich, der Rechtshistoriker Markus Eder und Autor der Bcher Crime and Punishmenti In the Royal Navy of the Seven Years War, 1755-1763 (2004, 2010) und At The Instigation of the Devil: Capital Punishment and the Assize in the early Modern England, 1670-1730 (2009), bin aus persnlichen und prinzipiellen Grnden der Ansicht, dass die moralisch besudelte Konzentrationslagerstadt Dachau eine inhumane, hinterhltige und verheuchelte Kommune ist, die aus der Geschichte nichts gelernt hat und deshalb auf ewig eine suische Tterstadt Dachau bleiben wird. Die Grnde hierfr werde ich im folgenden darlegen.

1)Die taktische Verschwrung der Tterstadt Dachau In der Tterstadt Dachau wei man sehr gut, dass man insbesondere wegen der besudelten Konzentrationslagerhistorie der Tterstadt ein Imageproblem hat. Dies wirft Probleme auf. Einerseits ist man reichlich gierig und egoistisch veranlagt. Andererseits wird von einer Tterstadt nun mal besonders viel Idealismus und Humanitt erwartet. Die traditionelle Dachauer Antwort darauf ist, dass man am Wochenende in die Fernsehkameras heuchelt als ob man mittlerweile ein geluterter Erzengel Gabriel wre. Auch erscheinen Dachauer zunchst einmal freundlich und aufgeschlossen gegenber Fremden. Sobald die Fernsehkameras aber ausgeschaltet sind und man etwas genauer hinter die Fassade der Dachauer Stadtmentalitt blickt, wird einem schnell klar, dass die Dachauer Humanitt unterentwickelt und der materielle Egoismus berentwickelt ist. Die Tterstadt Dachau ist in weiten Teilen einer verderbte Heuchlerstadt, die leider mit dieser Heuchelei sich in den letzten Jahren prchtig entwickelt hat. Demaskieren wir deshalb diese Heuchler, indem wir ihre vergangenen und jngeren Verbrechen noch einmal Revue passieren lassen.

2 2)Dachau-Die Stadt der Mrderschande

Im Konzentrationslager Dachau wurden zehntausende Hftlinge auf Gehei der Nazis umgebracht. Im verheuchelten Dachau steht man nun auf dem Standpunkt, dass Dachau nur zufllig Standort eines Konzentrationslagers wurde. Angesichts der hinterhltigen, inhumanen und verheuchelten Natur der Tterstadt Dachau drfte es sich aber eher so verhalten haben, dass nach Ansicht der Nazis die verkommenen und verschlagenen Dachauer die Art von Hinterwldler gewesen sind, denen man ein Ttungslager vor der Haustr noch ehesten zumuten konnte.

3) Dachau-Die Stadt des Wahlflschungsskandals

Im Jahr 2002 ereignete sich in der Tterstadt Dachau der bis dato grte Wahlflschungsskandal in der Geschichte der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der CSU Kandidat Brgel setzte sich gegen seinen Konkurrenten Piller in der Stichwahl nur deshalb durch, weil sein Parteifreund Aechtner und Komplizen Wahlzettel im greren Stil geflscht hatten. Obwohl Brgel zugegebenermaen in den Wahlbetrug nicht verwickelt war, profitierte er zunchst einmal davon, da er und nicht Piller zum Wahlsieger erklrt wurde. Bezeichnend fr die Mentalitten in der Tterstadt Dachau ist auch das Verhalten Brgels, als der Skandal ruchbar wurde. Anstatt, wie es sich fr ein Ehrenmann gehrt htte, sofort in eine Wiederholung der Stichwahl einzuwilligen, prozessierte er noch vor Gericht rum um eine solche Wiederholung zu verhindern. In der Tterstadt Dachau will man Dinge eben auch dann behalten, wenn sie auf unangemessene Weise errungen wurden. Auch das Verhalten der Dachauer bei der dann doch stattfindenden Wiederholungswahl legt Zeugnis von den bedenklichen Tterstadtmentalitten groer dortiger Bevlkerungskreise ab. In wohl jeder anderen Stadt htte unter hnlichen Umstnden das Opfer eines Wahlflschungsskandals, in diesem Fall also Piller, einen klaren Sieg errungen. Nicht so in der Tterstadt Dachau. Stattdessen wanderten hunderte von Whler, die bei der ursprnglichen Stichwahl noch Piller gewhlt hatten, ins Brgel-Lager und bescherten dem Wahlflschungsprofiteur Brgel einen klaren Wahlsieg. Fr eine solche Verhaltensweise gibt es eigentlich nur eine Erklrung: Die moralisch problematische Mehrheit in der Tterstadt Dachau war wtend, dass durch die Aufdeckung des Wahlflschungsskandals das ohnehin bereits reichlich besudelte Ansehen der Tterstadt Dachau noch weiter Schaden genommen hatte. Wtender als ber den Wahlflschungsskandal an sich. In einer emotionalen Trotzreaktion gegen diese Aufdeckung des Skandals whlten diese Menschen dann Brgel. Kann man sich eine problematischere und verkommenere Gesinnung vorstellen als diese? Wohl kaum. Wieder einmal wird klar, Dachau hat die Mentalitt einer unverbesserlichen Tterstadt.

4) Dachau-Die Stadt des Amtsgerichtsmordskandals Im Jahre 2012 erlebte die Tterstadt Dachau ein Verbrecher, welches sich so nicht einmal in Chicago zutragen wrde. Ein ehemaliger Dachauer Transportunternehmer, der vor dem Amtsgericht angeklagt war, versuchte erst vergeblich den Richter zu erschieen und ttete dann den jungen Mnchner Staatsanwalt. Mord im Amtsgericht: Ein Verbrechen, wie es sich wieder einmal fast einmalig nur in der Tterstadt Dachau zutragen konnte. Und niemand mge sich tuschen. Dieser Mord ereignete sich nicht zufllig in Dachau, sondern ist ein Spiegel der Dachauer Stadtseele. Nach dem Mord nmlich erhielt der Gerichtsprsident des Amtsgerichts Dachau unzhlige Schmh-e-mails, in denen sich Brger der Tterstadt Dachau

3 ber den brutalen und durch nichts zu rechtfertigen Mordakt lustig machten. Solidaritt mit dem Tter statt mit dem Opfer. So ticken weiten Teile der Bevlkerung der Tterstadt Dachau. 5) Die Tterstadt Dachau Bevlkerungswachstumsverschwrung Tief verwurzelt in der Seele der Tterstadt Dachau ist der Wunsch konomisch und demographisch der Schande des Holocaust zu entwachsen. Nichts umsonst rhmt man sich in Dachau, dass die Weltstadt mit Herz Mnchen bevlkerungsmig stagnierende, whrend Dachau von Jahr zu Jahr krftig wachse. Das Kalkl ist das folgende: In 50 oder 70 soll Dachau bevlkerungsmig so gewachsen sein, dass nicht so sehr die schamhafte Konzentrationslagergeschichte Dachaus sondern die erfolgreiche bevlkerungsmige und konomische Entwicklung Dachaus im Vordergrund stehen soll. Der Schande entwachsen: Das ist die heimliche Strategie der Tterstdtler zu Dachau. Allerdings zeigen sich momentan gewisse Tendenzen die naheliegen, dass dieses perfide Kalkl der Tterstadt Dachau nicht aufgehen knnte. Whrend nmlich die pulsierende Weltstadt mit Herz Mnchen im Jahr 2012 etwa 4,5 Prozent gewachsen ist, scheint, nach den mir vorliegenden Daten, die Tterstadt Dachau bevlkerungsmig geschrumpft oder zu mindestens stagniert zu sein. Hoffentlich setzt sich diese Entwicklung fort. Denn die Tterstdtler zu Dachau verdienen nun wirklich Bestrafung und chtung. 6) Das Jobcenter Dachau (ehemals ARGE Dachau)- Fallstudie einer Unterdrckungsinstitution der Tterstadt Dachau Bezeichnend fr die wahre, demaskierte, Natur der Tterstadt Dachau ist auch das rtliche Jobcenter Dachau (ehemals ARGE Dachau genannt). Ob die gegen den Geschftsfhrer dieser Institution, Herr Peter Schadl, im Internet vorgebrachten Anschuldigungen, er habe im Zusammenwirken mit der AOK Mnchen einer Person dringend notwendige, lebenswichtige, medizinische Leistungen verweigert, stimmen, wei ich nicht. Ich stelle daher auch nicht die Behauptung auf, dass eine solche vorgeworfene versuchte Euthanasie durch die Hintergrund auch wirklich stattfand. Gleichwohl aber schliee ich angesichts meiner eigenen negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Jobcenter Dachau auch nichts von vorneherein aus. Wiederholt wurde mir von der moralisch polarisierenden Damenschaft des Jobcenter Dachau (vormals Arge Dachau) entweder das gerade im Winter ach so notwendige Heizl berhaupt nicht bewilligt, oder so knapp bewilligt, dass mir im Jahr 2012 die Heizung zweimal wegen Heizlmangel ausfiel. Auch im Mrz 2013 blockte besagte Damenschaft wieder ein Heizlersuchen meinerseits ab. Ferner steht auch noch ein Sozialgerichtsprozess wegen des mir Ende 2010 nicht bewilligten Heizls an. Die treibende Kraft hinter all diesen Machenschaften ist wohl die hartherzig und vielleicht auch intrigant- veranlagte Teamleiterin der Sachbearbeiterabteilung des Jobcenter Dachau, die aus Ostdeutschland importiert wurde. Diese diskriminierend veranlagte Person hat keine Probleme damit ihren Lieblingen aus Ostdeutschland bis zu 2500 Liter Heizl pro Jahr fr 48

4 Quadratmeterwohnungen zuzubilligen. Bei mir indessen, der soviel Heizl fr ein ganzes Haus braucht, blockiert sie. Erfahrungsgem sind es solche Importe aus Ostdeutschland oder Nordrheinwestfalen, und nicht die bajuwarischen Damen, die diesbezglich am bsartigsten veranlagt sind. Nach ihrem Familiennamen zu urteilen, knnte eine dieser Damen sogar die Anverwandte eines mehrfach verurteilten Holocaust-Verherrlichers sein. Allerdings bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher, ob die Gleichheit im Familiennamen zufllig ist oder nicht. Sollte ein solches Verwandtschaftsverhltnis indes wirklich existieren, htte die ganze Sache einen besonderen Beigeschmack. Besagter mehrfach verurteilter HolocaustVerherrlicher schrieb nmlich, neben anderen suischen Dingen, auch noch einen Dachaufreundlichen revisionistischen, sprich pro-neo-Nazi, Aufsatz. Sollte besagte Angestellte des Jobcenter Dachau wirklich eine Verwandte besagten mehrfach verurteilten HolocaustVerherrlichers sein was ich nicht sicher wei und folglich auch nicht definitiv behauptedann wrde sich mit grter Kraft folgende Frage erheben: Gibt es in der Verwaltung der Tterstadt Dachau heimliche aber mchtige Neonazi-Sympathisanten, die den besagten mehrfach verurteilten Holocaust-Verherrlicher fr seinen Dachau-freundlichen revisionistischen Aufsatz mit der Einstellung seiner Anverwandten im Jobcenter Dachau belohnten? Angesichts limitierter Mittel vermag ich diese Frage einer eventuellen Neonaziverschwrung nicht nher zu untersuchen. Angesichts ihrer groen zeitgeschichtlichen Bedeutung, verdiente diese Frage aber zweifelsohne allergrter Aufmerksamkeit. Wie dem auch sei, es ist klar, dass hinter der Beschftigung von Frauen eines derartigen hartherzigen und unterdrckerischen Zuschnitts ein klares Kalkl der Verantwortlichen der Tterstadt Dachau steht: Nach auen heuchelt man am Wochenende in die Fernsehkameras, wie viel man aus der Geschichte gelernt habe, und hinten rum knechtet und unterdrckt man gerade die sozial Schwchsten. Ganz klar will man nur Geld zu sparen. Leider ist die Tterstadt Dachau mit diesem Intrigengehabe ber die letzten Jahrzehnte wirtschaftlich und bevlkerungsmig uerst gut gefahren. Es wird deshalb Zeit, der Tterstadt Dachau das Handwerk zu legen. 7) Aufruf zum Boykott und zur Isolierung der Tterstadt Dachau. Ich empfinde es als eine himmelschreiende Ungerechtigkeit, dass eine moralisch prostituierte Konzentrationslagerstadt wie Dachau mit ihren scheinheiligen Lgengehabe so gute Erfolge erzielt. Ich fordere deshalb die Brger dieser Welt zum konomischen Boykott aller Geschfte, Waren und Dienstleistungen der Tterstadt Dachau auf. Gleichfalls appelliere ich an die Kommunen und Stdte der Welt die Tterstadt Dachau dadurch zu isolieren, dass sie keine Stdtepartnerschaften mit der Tterstadt Dachau eingehen.

5 Ich bin nur sehr wohl mir darber im klaren, dass diverse Schergen und Sympathisanten der Tterstadt nun versucht sein knnten, mich, den international orientierten Intellektuellen Markus Eder, mit juristischen oder gar totschlgerischen Mitteln mundtot zu machen. Vielleicht treiben mich die bsartigen Machenschaften des Jobcenter Dachau sogar frher oder spter in den Selbstmord. Momentan halte ich allerdings noch durch und weiche nicht. Deshalb gilt:

Boykottieren und isolieren wir die verlogene, moralisch verderbte und suische Tterstadt des Namens Dachau.

Anatomy of an offenders` town: Why the inhumane concentration camp town Dachau will always remain a swinish offenders` town Dachau./ Anatomie einer Tterstadt: Warum die inhumane Konzentrationslagerstadt Dachau immer eine suische Tterstadt Dachau bleiben wird.

I, the legal historian Markus Eder and author of the two well received books Crime and Punishment in the Royal Navy of the Seven Years War, 1755-1763 (2004, Reprint 2010) and At The Instigation of the Devil: Capital Punishment and the Assize in the early Modern England, 1670-1730 (2009), am for personal and principal reasons of the opinion that the morally prostituted concentration camp town Dachau is an inhumane, hideous and hypocritical town which has learnt next to nothing from its history and therefore will continue to remain a swinish offenders` town Dachau till judgment day. The reasons for this opinion I will outline in the following.

1)The tactical conspiracy of offenders` town Dachau In offenders` town Dachau they know quite well that in particular due to their morally prostituted concentration camp history they have an reputation problem. This poses many problems for the inhabitants of offenders` town Dachau. On the one hand they are deep down in their heart quite greedy and egoistic. On the other hand an offenders` town is expected to show much humanity and idealism. The traditional answer of the inhabitants of offenders` town Dachau always has been to behave on weekends, when television cameras are switched on, as if they were by now the morally sensibilized archangel Gabriel. Furthermore, on surface, most inhabitants of offenders` town Dachau are at first glance very friendly and open minded to foreigners. However, if one looks somewhat behind the faade of pretended respectability, it becomes quite clear that Dachau`s humanity is underdeveloped und Dachau`s material egoism is overdeveloped. Large sections of offenders` town Dachau are a town of hypocrites, which has regrettably developed well with this strategy. Let us therefore unmask these hypocrites by discussing their past and most recent crimes and misbehavior in greater detail.

7 2) Dachau- the town of nazi-murder-shame In Dachau concentration camp tens of thousands of people were killed at the instigation of the Nazis. In hypocritical Dachau one now holds the opinion that Dachau became only incidentially the site of a concentration camp. Given the hideous, inhuman and hypocritical nature of offenders` town Dachau, it might rather have been the case that the Nazis considered Dachau people the kind of people, who would stand a killing camp before their doors better than other, more cultivated, Germans. 3)Dachau- the town of Germany`s greatest election forgery scandal In the year 2002 occurred in the offenders` town of Dachau the greatest election forgery scandal in post-1945 democratic Germany. In the mayor`s election of that year, the challenging candidate of the conservative party CSU only triumphed in the initial deciding ballot over the then mayor Piller because a party member of Brgel, a certain Aechtner, had forged ballots on a large scale. Although Brgel was himself admittedly not involved in this forgery, he, for the time being, nevertheless profited from this forgery, as initially he, and not Piller, was officially declared winner of the election. When the election forgery increasingly became obvious, Brgel, as it is significant for the moral mentalities in offenders` town Dachau, not readily agreed to a repetition of the deciding ballot, but sued around in the law courts to prevent such a repetition. After all, in offenders` town Dachau one even wants to keep the palm of victory if it was conquered by illegal means. (In the end he, however, had to give in!) The behavior of large sections of the population of offenders`town Dachau, too, gives ample testimony of the problematic mentalities in offenders` town Dachau. In probably every town of the world the population would have elected in the now following repetition of the deciding ballot the victim of the election forgery, e.g. Piller. Not so in offenders` town Dachau. Quite to the contrary, hundreds of persons who in the initial deciding ballot, the forged one, had voted for Piller, switched into the Brgel camp in the repeated deciding ballot. Consequently Brgel won. In my opinion, there is only one plausible explanation for that kind of behavior: In offenders` town Dachau the morally problematical majority was quite angry that through exposure of the election forgery scandal the already tarnished reputation of offenders` town Dachau had been additionally damaged. More angry than they were about the election forgery scandal itself! Consequently in an reaction of emotional defiance against the exposure of the election forgery scandal these people elected Brgel. Can one imagine a more problematical mentality than that? Hardly. Once again it becomes clear, that Dachau has the mentality of an incorrigible offenders` town.

8 4)Dachau- the town of the law court murder scandal In the year 2012 offenders` town Dachau witnessed a crime hardly imaginable to occur even in Chicago. A former Dachau transportation entrepreneur, indicted for evasion of social benefits payments, at first tried to shoot in the local Dachau town law court the judge and then killed the young solicitor general from Munich. Murder in the local law court: A most horrible crime once again nearly unique to the morally debased offenders` town Dachau. And nobody should be fooled into thinking, that this most heinous and hideous act of murder only accidentally occurred in offenders` town Dachau and could have happened everywhere else, too. Quite to the contrary, this crime is a mirror of the debased mentalities of large sections of offenders` town`s Dachau population. After the Dachau law court murder, the president of this law court received a multitude of e-mails, in which inhabitants of offenders` town Dachau ridiculed the death of the young solicitor general and glorified this act of brutal murder. Solidarity with the murderer instead of solidarity with the victim. That is the true state of mind of large sections of offenders` town`s Dachau morally problematic population. 5) The offenders`town Dachau population growth conspiracy Deeply rooted in the soul of offenders` town Dachau is the unbending desire to outgrow economically and demographically the shame of the holocaust. It is therefore no mere accidence, that the leaders of offenders` town Dachau constantly pride themselves, that even the population of the sympathetic city of hearts Munich would stagnate, while that of Dachau would grow tremendously. The calculation behind this is the following: In fifty or seventy years offenders` town Dachau shall have grown demographically so much, that the emphasize is no longer that much on offenders` town Dachau`s bleak past as concentration camp town but much more on offenders` town Dachau`s status as economically and demographically successful community. To outgrow their historical shame. That is the secret strategy of offenders` town Dachau. Happily, there are by now some indicators, that this hideous strategy of offenders` town Dachau might misfire. While in 2012 the population of the sympathetic city of hearts Munich has grown dramatically by about 4,5 percent, the population of offenders` town Dachau seems to have stagnated or even decreased. Hopefully, this development will continue. The offenders` townlers in Dachau definitely deserve punishment and social stigmatization. 6) The Jobcenter Dachau (formerly called ARGE Dachau) - case study of a suppressive institution of offenders` town Dachau Characteristic for the true, unmasked nature of offenders` town Dachau is also the local Jobcenter Dachau (formerly called ARGE Dachau). Whether the accusations against the chairman of this Jobcenter, Mr. Peter Schadl, that he has together with the health insurance company AOK Munich- denied to a sick person life critical medical services are

9 true, I do not know. I, therefore, accuse neither Mr. Schadl nor the insurance company AOK Munich of such a kind of attempted euthanasia through the backdoor. Given my own very bad experience with Jobcenter Dachau, I, however, also do not exclude anything right from the start. Repeatedly, I was contrary to the stipulations of German social law- denied by the morally polarizing women of Jobcenter Dachau adequate amounts of heating oil with the result, that during 2012 my heating system went twice! out of operation due to lack of heating oil. In March 2013 Jobcenter Dachau once again rejected my plea for heating oil. I also still have to sue Jobcenter Dachau (formerly called ARGE Dachau) in the social law courts, as at the end of 2010 they had rejected to bear my costs of heating oil, too. The driving force behind these acts of discrimination probably is the female teamleader of Jobcenter Dachau, which was imported from Eastern Germany. To persons she likes she awards up to 2500 liter heating oil per year for a flat of just 48 square meters. If I need the same amount of heating oil per year for a whole house, she rejects my pleas. By my experience, the worst women of Jobcenter Dachau are not the Bavarian women, but those imported from Eastern Germany or the German federal state of North-RhineWestphalia. To judge from her family name, one of this women might possibly even be the female relative of a several times convicted Holocaust-glorifier. I am, however, not absolutely sure, whether the identity in family name is accidental, or whether there really exists such a family connection. Therefore, I do not claim anything definitely. Should such a family relationship however really exist, the whole affair would have a very special touch. After all, the said Holocaust-glorifier in question wrote, among other swinish things, also a Dachau-friendly revisionist, e.g. pro-Neo-Nazi, essay. Should this female employee of Jobcenter Dachau now really be a relative of this several times convicted Holocaust-glorifier what I do not know for sure and therefore do not definitely claim- then the following question would articulate itself with full force: Are there secret but powerful neo-nazisympathisers in the administration of offenders` town Dachau who gratified the mentioned several times convicted Holocaust-glorifier for his Dachau-friendly revisionist essay by providing employment to his female relative in Jobcenter Dachau? Due to my presently limited financial means, I am regrettably in no position to research, whether such neo-nazi-conspiracy really took place. Given the overriding historical importance of this question, however, this question certainly would deserve in-depthexamination. Be this as it may, it is in any case quite clear, that behind the employment of women of the above mentioned hardhearted and discriminate nature there is a very hideous calculation of offenders` town Dachau. On weekends they lie in the TV-cameras, how humane they are by now. As soon as the TV-cameras are switched off, they try to suppress the rights of the socially weak in an attempt to save money. Regrettably, offenders` town Dachau has fared demographically and economically with this method very well over recent decades. It is therefore high time to punish hypocritical offenders` town Dachau seriously.

10 7)Call for boycott and isolation of offenders` town Dachau I consider it a god-defying injustice, that a morally prostituted offenders` town as Dachau achieves that much success with its hypocritical behavior. I therefore call for an economic boycott of all shops, products and services of offenders` town Dachau. I equally appeal towards all villages, towns and cities of this world to isolate offenders` town Dachau by not entering into any further sister-city arrangement with offenders` town Dachau. I am of course fully aware, that diverse henchmen and sympathizers of offenders` town Dachau might now be tempted to silence me, the internationally orientated intellectual Markus Eder, by judicial or even homicidal means. Perhaps the malicious machinations of Jobcenter Dachau will even drive me into suicide in the nearer future. However, for the time being, I still hold through and stand my ground. Therefore it be proclaimed:

Let us boycott and isolate the hypocritical, morally debased and swinish offenders` town of name Dachau!
