De ergonomisch gevormde zitschelp kan door ingenieuze, onderhoudsvrije
en ijzersterke draaimechanismen op twee assen bewegen. Daardoor kan,
hoewel tafel en stoel één geheel vormen, toch de ideale zitpositie bereikt
worden. Bovendien draait de stoel 360° en geeft zo de nodige flexibiliteit in
zithoudingen. Er is wel een blokkering voorzien: het geheel kan nooit kantelen.
Ergonomie is waarschijnlijk ons belangrijkste criterium bij het ontwikkelen
van nieuw meubilair. Met de Monomax zijn we een stapje verder gegaan.

Monomax is a healthy-sitting solution that supports dynamic movement in
7 ways. The ergonomically formed shell has 5 flex points that allow the chair
to move with the user and eliminate pinch points. The seat also swivels and
moves on two axes, as it hangs off the base with a maintenance-free and
exceptionally sturdy turning mechanism. Good ergonomics is our number
one criteria when developing new furniture.

De bladframes zijn altijd uit geanodiseerd aluminium profiel (alu-hoeken zilver gelakt). De poten (staal) worden voorzien van een ingebakken poedercoating op basis van epoxy-polyester lagen. Het procédé is uitermate
milieuvriendelijk - omdat er geen oplosmiddelen aan te pas komen, het poeder elektrostatisch aangebracht wordt en de resten gerecupereerd worden. Het resultaat is bijzonder slijtvast en biedt een hoge weerstand tegen
beschadigingen en krassen.
