I am writing you concerning a recent purchase of Vivo Gadget. Approximately 1


week ago, on January 4 ordered a total of 30 Vivo Gadget for company.inc. via
Vivo phone client webpage. I received an email notification 3 days later
confirming the recipe of payment and shipment of the gadget. According to
your website, Vivo gadgets should reach their destination within 3-6 business
days of being sent, but I have yet to receive the gadget. Do you have any
information on what may have happened to delay the gadget or where the vivo
gadget is currently?

I have worked with Vivo gadgets, INC. in the past and have the greatest
confidence in your products and customers service. We need the gadgets soon,
however, and I hoped you might be able to provide me with an idea of when I
