hat für diese speziellen Anforde-
rungen mit der neuen Fenster-
und Türenserie Schüco AWS/
ADS 90 BR hochgradig wirksa-
me Systemlösungen entwickelt:
Die Einbruchhemmung erreicht
Widerstandsklasse WK4 nach
EN V 1627 – 1630, die Durch-
schusshemmung die Klasse FB4
gemäß EN 1522. Beide Serien
passen exakt zu den Standard-
serien Schüco AWS und Schüco
ADS und weisen die gleichen
schmalen Profilansichten auf. Die
unterschiedlichen Funktionen
von Türen und Fenstern erschlie-
ßen sich dem Nutzer somit nicht.
Innovative Einschubtechnik
Die umfangreiche Schüco Sys-
templattform und die innovative
Einschubtechnik eröffnen ein
weites Anwendungsfeld. Das
auf 90 mm verstärkte Standard-
profil und eine entsprechende
Beschlagausstattung hemmen
Einbrüche bis zur Klasse WK4.
Eine zusätzliche Kammer im
Außenbereich mit einem Verstär-
kungsprofil aus Aluminium ver-
hindert das Durchdringen eines
Geschosses nach der Klasse FB4.

It is becoming increasingly
important to protect people
and property in embassies,
police stations, banks and
private households. Schüco has
developed high quality, effective
system solutions for these special
requirements with the new range
of Schüco AWS/ADS 90 BR
windows and doors: the burglar
resistance achieves security
class WK4 in accordance with
EN V 1627 and the bullet
resistance achieves class FB4 as
per EN 1522. Both ranges are in
line with the standard Schüco
AWS and Schüco ADS ranges and
have the same narrow profile face
widths. The different functions
of the windows and doors
are therefore not immediately
apparent.
Innovative insertion technology
The comprehensive Schüco
system platform and innovative
insertion technology provides
a wide field of application. The
standard profile reinforced to
90 mm and corresponding fittings
resist burglaries up to class WK4.
An additional chamber in the outer
area with a reinforced aluminium
profile prevents a bullet from
penetrating in accordance with
class FB4.

Bewährte Beschlagtechnik
Bei der Beschlagtechnik greift
Schüco auf den bewährten
Avantec- bzw. Kurbeldrehkipp-
beschlag im Fensterbereich
zurück. Alle Anforderungen an
die Beschlagausstattung der
Türelemente werden nahezu
vollständig mit vorhandenen
Lösungen aus dem Bereich der
Standardtüren abgedeckt.
Die Glasoptionen
Schüco AWS und ADS 90 BR
wurden mit den bewährten
SchücoProtect Gläsern für
Einbruch- und Durchschusshem-
mung getestet. Gläser und
System bilden zusammen mit
Beschlägen und Profilen sowie
der Einkomponentenverklebung
für WK4 eine funktionssichere
Lösung.
Die Multifunktionseigenschaften
Sonnen- und Wärmeschutz
lassen sich projektspezifisch mit
Durchschuss- und Einbruchhem-
mung kombinieren. Das Glas ist
als Optifloat-Basisglas oder als
Optiwhite-Glas mit minimierten
Farbeinflüssen für gehobene
Ansprüche erhältlich. Alle Gläser
lassen sich in Alarmsysteme
durch Glasbruchüberwachung
einbinden.

Proven fittings technology
In terms of fittings technology,
Schüco draws on the tried-
and-tested Avantec and crank-
operated turn/tilt fittings in the
window. All the requirements
for the fittings of the door units
are almost entirely covered by
e×isting solutions from the range
of standard doors.
The glazing options
Schüco AWS and ADS BR were
tested for burglar and bullet
resistance using the tried-and Schüco AWS 90 BR WK4
tested Schüco Protect glass. Schüco AWS 90 BR WK4
The glass and system combined
with fittings, profiles and single
component adhesive for WK4
provide a reliable solution.
The multi-purpose features
of solar shading and thermal
insulation can be combined with
bullet and burglar-resistance for
individual projects. The glass
is available for sophisticated
requirements as Optimfloat basic
glass or as Optimwhite glass with
minimal colour. Any glazing can
be used in alarm systems with a
glass breakage monitor.
