AHU’s I60 series

Gehäuse Housing

Die RLT-Geräte verfügen über einen Geräterahmen mit
thermisch getrennten Stahl-Kunststoff-Verbundprofil als Eck-
und Zwischensteg, welche mittels eines glasfaserverstärkten
Kunststoffeckverbinders zum Korpus zusammengefügt
werden. Das Eckprofil sowie die Zwischenstege des
Geräterahmens sind zum Profilverbinder mittels einer EPDM-
Dichtung abgedichtet.
Die Gehäusepanele sind doppelschalig, 60 mm stark,
aufgebaut. Standardmäßig sind Innen- und Außenblech 1 mm
Stahl verzinkt ausgeführt, 1,25 mm auf Anfrage.
Beschichtungen (Standard RAL 7035) oder Edelstahl- bzw.
Aluminiumbeplankung sind auf Wunsch erhältlich. Die
eingesetzte Steinwolle als wärme- und schalldämmende
Isolierung ist nicht brennbar und wird teilflächig mit der
Paneldoppelschale verklebt. Die Panele werden von außen in
das Rahmenhohlprofil geschraubt, so dass die Geräte innen
glattflächig und somit hygienisch unbedenklich sind.
The air handling units are equipped with a unit frame of
thermically separated steel-compound-profile which is joined
to the carcass with fibreglass reinforced plastic corner joint.
The corner section and intermediate webs of the unit frame are
sealed against the profile joint with an EPDM seal.
The housing panels are 60 mm thick with a double-layered
structure. The inside and outside panels are made of 1 mm
thick galvanised steel as standard, or 1.25 mm on request.
Coatings (to RAL 7035 standard) or stainless steel/aluminium
planking are available on request. The mineral wool used for
heat
and sound insulation is non-combustible and is stuck over the
surface of the double-layer panel. The panels are screwed into
the hollow frame section from the outside, so that the units
have smooth, hygienic inside surfaces.
