„TRI-EX“-Absperrklappe metalldicht, Typ AK 110, PN 10 bis PN 40, t = -60°C bis +400°C, Baulänge EN558-2
zum Einschweißen oder mit Flanschen, für Betriebsdrücke bis zu 50 bar.
Klappenscheibe doppeltexzentrisch gelagert, Sitzgeometrie „trizentrisch“ und damit verschleiß- und klemmfrei dichtschließend.
Strömungsgünstige Klappenscheibe, geeignet zum Absperren und Regeln.
Gehäuse und Scheibe aus unlegiertem oder legiertem Stahl, einteilige Welle mit wartungsarmer Stopfbuchse aus Grafit.
Welle, Gehäusesitz und austauschbare Lamellen-Dichtung korrosionsbeständig aus hochlegiertem Stahl.

VVorteile des „TRI-EX“-Prinzips:

• Keine Sitzreibung: Erst unmittelbar in der ZU-Stellung berühren sich die Dichtflächen, das Schließmoment des Antriebs
erzeugt dann die notwendige Flächenpressung zum dichten Schließen.
• Der Antriebsbedarf ist gegenüber rein doppelt-exzentrischen Klappen deutlich reduziert.
• Kein Klemmen bei Temperaturwechseln in ZU-Stellung. Das Dichtsystem bleibt elastisch nachgiebig und dicht.

Advantages of the "TRI-EX"-system:

• No wearing: Metal-to-metal seat system prevents rubbing. Shuts tight with seat compression by actuator torque.
• Prevents friction in the seat and allows small actuator units.
• Elastic seat elements are self-compensating for temperature variances.
