SMONTAGGIO DEL PONTE
ANTERIORE E DEL MOTORE
IDROSTATICO
Portare la macchina su un suolo piano.
Sollevare la macchina tramite gli stabiliz-
zatori (portarla ad una altezza necessaria
per rimuovere le ruote, vedi Fig. 1) e spe-
gnere il motore termico.
Rimuovere le ruote.
Svitare le viti di fissaggio della flangia del-
l’albero cardanico (Fig. 2 - Rif. A) e scolle-
gare l’albero.
Scollegare il tubo (lato sinistro dell’assale)
relativo al funzionamento dello sterzo (Fig.
2 - Rif. B).
Scollegare il tubo (lato destro dell’assale)
relativo al funzionamento dello sterzo (Fig.
3 - Rif. C).
Scollegare i due tubi (Fig. 3 - Rif. D).
Staccare il collegamento elettrico (Fig. 3 -
Rif. E).
Scollegare il tubo relativo al funzionamento
del freno di servizio (Fig. 4 - Rif. F) e il
freno di stazionamento (Fig. 5 - Rif. A).
Staccare il collegamento elettrico del sen-
sore allineamento ruote (Fig. 4 - Rif. G) e
del bulbo freno (Fig. 4 - Rif. H).
Svitare le viti di collegamento delle flange
(Fig. 6 - Rif. B e Fig. 8 - Rif. D) posizionate
ai due lati del motore idrostatico e scolle-
gare i tubi.
Scollegare i tubi idraulici (Fig. 7 - Rif. C e
Fig. 8 - Rif. E).
Scollegare i tubi (Fig. 8 - Rif. F) e staccare
il collegamento elettrico (Fig. 8 - Rif. G).
Assicurare il ponte anteriore e il motore
idrostatico ad un carro ponte o elevatore
adeguati al peso da sostenere.

DISASSEMBLING FRONT AXLE
AND HYDROSTATIC MOTOR
Bring the machine to level ground.
Lift the machine by means of the outrig-
gers (raise it to the height necessary to
remove the wheels, see Fig. 1) and switch
off the engine.
Remove the wheels.
Unscrew the cardan shaft flange fixing
screws (Fig. 2 - Ref. A) and disconnect the
shaft.
Disconnect the tube (left side of axle) rela-
tive to steering operation (Fig. 2 - Ref. B).
Disconnect the tube (right side of axle) rel-
ative to steering operation (Fig. 3 - Ref. C).
Disconnect the two tubes (Fig. 3 - Ref. D).
Disconnect the electric wiring (Fig. 3 - Ref.
E).
Disconnect the tube relative to the working
of the foot brake (Fig. 4 - Ref. F) and park-
ing brake (Fig. 5 - Ref. A).
Disconnect the electric wiring from the
wheel alignment sensor (Fig. 4 - Ref. G)
and brake bulb (Fig. 4 - Ref. H).
Unscrew the flange connection screws
(Fig. 6 - Ref. B and Fig. 8 - Ref. D) on the
two sides of the hydrostatic motor and dis-
connect the tubes.
Disconnect the hydraulic pipes (Fig. 7 -
Ref. C and Fig. 8 - Ref. E).
Disconnect the tubes (Fig. 8 - Ref. F) and
the electric wiring (Fig. 8 - Ref. G).
Secure the front axle and hydrostatic
motor to a bridge crane or elevator suit-
able for the weight to be supported.

Die Maschine auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen.
Die Maschine mit den Stabilisatoren heben
(sie auf die Höhe bringen, die erforderlich
ist, um die Räder zu entfernen, siehe Abb.
1) und den Verbrennungsmotor abstellen.
Die Räder ausbauen.
Die Befestigungsschrauben des Flansches
der Gelenkwelle (Abb. 2 - Bez. A) los-
schrauben und die Welle abtrennen.
Die Leitung (linke Seite der Achse) für den
Lenkbetrieb abtrennen (Abb. 2 - Bez. B).
Die Leitung (rechte Seite der Achse) für
den Lenkbetrieb abtrennen (Abb. 3 - Bez.
C).
Die beiden Leitungen (Abb. 3 - Bez. D)
abtrennen.
Die elektrische Verbindung abtrennen
(Abb. 3 - Bez. E).
Die Leitung zum Betrieb der
Betriebsbremse (Abb. 4 - Bez. F) und der
Feststellbremse (Abb. 5 - Bez. A) abtren-
nen.
Die elektrische Verbindung des Sensors
der Radausrichtung (Abb. 4 - Bez. G) und
der Bremskugel (Abb. 4 - Bez. H) abtren-
nen.
Die Verbindungsschrauben der Flansche
losschrauben (Abb. 6 - Bez. B und Abb. 8 -
Bez. D), die auf den beiden Seiten des
hydrostatischen Motors angeordnet sind,
und die Leitungen abtrennen
Die hydraulischen Leitungen abtrennen
(Abb. 7 - Bez. C und Abb. 8 - Bez. E).
Die Leitungen (Abb. 8 - Bez. F) abtrennen
und die elektrische Verbindung (Abb. 8 -
Bez. G) abklemmen.
Die Vorderachse und den hydrostatischen
Motor an einem Laufkran oder einem
Gabelstapler absichern, die für das zu tra-
gende Gewicht geeignet sind.

Svitare le viti di fissaggio dell’assale lato
sinistro (Fig. 9 - Rif. A) e lato destro (Fig.
10 - Rif. B).
Smontare il ponte anteriore e il motore
idrostatico.
Attenzione: evitare che le impurità
contaminino il circuito idraulico.
Ricordarsi di tappare con nastro adesivo
tutti gli orifizi idraulici del motore idrostatico
e del ponte prima dello smontaggio del
ponte dalla macchina.

Unscrew the fixing screws on the left (Fig.
9 - Ref. A) and right (Fig. 10 - Ref. B)
sides of the axle.
Dismantle the front axle and hydrostatic
motor.
Attention: prevent impurities
from contaminating the hydraulic circuit.
Remember to cover all the hydraulic open-
ings of the hydraulic motor and axle with
adhesive tape before dismantling the axle
from the machine.

Die Befestigungsschrauben der Achse auf
der linken Seite (Abb. 9 - Bez. A) und auf
der rechten Seite losschrauben (Abb. 10 -
Bez. B).
Die Vorderachse und den hydrostatischen
Motor ausbauen.
Achtung: Unbedingt darauf achten, dass
kein Schmutz in den hydraulischen
Kreislauf gelangt.
Immer alle hydraulischen Öffnungen des
hydrostatischen Motors und der Achse mit
Klebeband verschließen, bevor man die
Achse aus der Maschine ausbaut.

Con la macchina stabilizzata e motore
termico spento, portare il ponte anteriore e
il motore idrostatico in corrispondenza
della loro posizione originaria e mantenerli
fermi.
Collegare l’assale al telaio tramite le viti
lato sinistro (Fig. 1 - Rif. A) e lato destro
(Fig. 2 - Rif. B).
Eseguire il collegamento dei tubi prece-
dentemente smontati, seguendo la proce-
dura per lo smontaggio in senso contrario.
Ricollegare l’albero cardanico nella sua
posizione predefinita (Fig. 3 - Rif. C)
utilizzando loctite 270 per il fissaggio delle
viti.
Ripristinare i collegamenti elettrici.
Rimontare le ruote.
Prima di rimettere in servizio la macchina
ricordarsi di controllare l’efficienza dell’im-
pianto frenante e se necessario spurgare il
circuito.

AND HYDROSTATIC MOTOR
With the machine stabilised and the engine
switched off, bring the front axle and
hydrostatic motor to their original position
and hold them in place.
Connect the axle to the chassis by means
of screws on the left (Fig. 1 - Ref. A) and
right (Fig. 2 - Ref. B) side.
Connect the tubes dismantled earlier, fol-
lowing the procedure for dismantling in
reverse order.
Reconnect the cardan shaft in its prede-
fined position (Fig. 3 - Ref. C) using Loctite
270 for fixing the bolts.
Restore the electric wiring connections.
Refit the wheels.
Before restarting the machine, check the
working of the braking system, and bleed
the circuit, if necessary.

Mit stabilisierter Maschine und abge-
stelltem Verbrennungsmotor die Vorder-
achse und den hydrostatischen Motor in
ihre ursprüngliche Position bringen und
dort festhalten.
Die Achse mit den Schrauben der linken
Seite (Abb. 1 - Bez. A) und der rechten
Seite (Abb. 2 - Bez. B) am Fahrgestell
befestigen.
Den Anschluss der zuvor abgetrennten
Leitungen vornehmen. Dazu die
Ausbauprozedur in der umgekehrten
Reihenfolge ausführen.
Die Gelenkwelle in ihrer vorgegebenen
Position (Abb. 3 - Bez. C) wieder ansch-
ließen und zur Befestigung der Schrauben
Loctite 270 benutzen.
Die elektrischen Anschlüsse wieder-
herstellen.
Die Räder wieder montieren.
Bevor man die Maschine wieder in Betrieb
nimmt, nicht vergessen, die Bremsanlage
auf Funktionstüchtigkeit zu prüfen und das
System bei Bedarf zu entlüften.

Posizionare la macchina su una superficie
piana.
Sollevare la macchina tramite gli stabiliz-
zatori (portarla ad un’altezza necessaria
per rimuovere le ruote) e spegnere il moto-
re termico.
Rimuovere le ruote.
Svitare le viti di fissaggio della flangia del-
l’albero cardanico (Fig. 1 - Rif. A) e scolle-
gare l’albero.
Scollegare il tubo (lato sinistro dell’assale)
relativo al funzionamento dello sterzo (Fig.
1 - Rif. B).
Scollegare il tubo (lato destro dell’assale)
relativo al funzionamento dello sterzo (Fig.
2 - Rif. C).
Staccare il collegamento elettrico del sen-
sore di allineamento ruote (Fig. 3 - Rif. A).
Assicurare il ponte anteriore e il motore
idrostatico ad un carro ponte o elevatore
adeguati al peso da sostenere.
Svitare le viti di fissaggio assale al telaio
lato anteriore (Fig. 4 - Rif. B) e lato poste-
riore (Fig. 5 - Rif. C).
Smontare il ponte posteriore.

DISASSEMBLING REAR AXLE
Position the machine on level ground.
Raise the machine by means of the outrig-
gers (raising it to the height necessary to
remove the wheels) and switch off the
engine.
Remove the wheels.
Unscrew the cardan shaft flange fixing
screws (Fig. 1 - Ref. A) and disconnect the
shaft.
Disconnect the tube (left of axle) relative to
functioning of the steering (Fig. 1 - Ref. B).
Disconnect the tube (right of axle) relative
to functioning of the steering (Fig. 2 - Ref.
C).
Disconnect the electric wiring of the wheel
alignment sensor (Fig. 3 - Ref. A).
Secure the front axle and hydrostatic
motor to a bridge crane or elevator suit-
able for the weight to be supported.
Unscrew the axle fixing screws of the front
(Fig. 4 - Ref. B) and rear (Fig. 5 - Ref. C).
Dismantle the rear axle.

Die Räder entfernen.
Die Befestigungsschrauben des Flansches
des Gelenkwelle (Abb. 1 - Bez. A) los-
schrauben und die Welle abtrennen.
Die Leitung (linke Seite der Achse) zum
Lenkbetrieb (Abb. 1 - Bez. B) abtrennen.
Die Leitung (rechte Seite der Achse) zum
Lenkbetrieb (Abb. 2 - Bez. C) abtrennen.
Die elektrische Verbindung des Sensors
der Radausrichtung (Abb. 3 - Bez. A)
abtrennen.
Die Hinterachse und den hydrostatischen
Motor mit einem Laufkran oder einem
Gabelstapler absichern, die zum zu heben-
den Gewicht passen.
Die Befestigungsschrauben der Achse am
Fahrgestell auf der Vorderseite (Abb. 4 -
Bez. B) und der Hinterseite (Abb. 5 - Bez.
C) losschrauben.
Die Hinterachse ausbauen.

Con la macchina stabilizzata e motore ter-
mico spento, portare l’assale posteriore in
corrispondenza della sua posizione origi-
naria e mantenerlo fermo.
Collegare l’assale al telaio tramite le viti
lato anteriore (Fig. 1 - Rif. A) e lato poste-
riore (Fig. 2 - Rif. B).
Prima del collegamento assicurarsi che il
riferimento punzonato sul telaio (Fig. 3 -
Rif. C) corrisponda col riferimento della
staffa (Fig. 3 - Rif. D).
Eseguire il collegamento dei tubi prece-
dentemente smontati.
Ricollegare l’albero cardanico nella sua
posizione predefinita (Fig. 4 - Rif. E) utiliz-
zando loctite 270 per il fissaggio delle viti.
Ripristinare i collegamenti elettrici.
Rimontare le ruote.

ASSEMBLING THE REAR AXLE
With the machine stabilised and the engine
switched off, bring the rear axle to corre-
spond with its original position and hold it
in place.
Connect the axle to the chassis by means
of the screws on the front (Fig. 1 - Ref. A)
and rear side (Fig. 2 - Ref. B).
Before making the connection, make sure
the reference punched on the chassis (Fig.
3 - Ref. C) corresponds to the reference
on the bracket (Fig. 3 - Ref. D).
Connect the tubes dismantled earlier.
Re-connect the cardan shaft in its prede-
fined position (Fig. 4 - Ref. E) using Loctite
270 to secure the screws.
Restore the electric wiring connections.
Refit the wheels.

EINBAU DER HINTERACHSE
Mit stabilisierter Maschine und abge-
stelltem Verbrennungsmotor die Hinter-
achse auf die Höhe ihrer ursprünglichen
Position bringen und dort festhalten.
Die Achse mit den Schrauben auf der
Vorderseite (Abb. 1 - Bez. A) und der
Hinterseite (Abb. 2 - Bez. B) mit dem
Fahrgestell verbinden.
Vor der Verbindung sicherstellen, dass der
auf dem Fahrgestell eingeschlagene
Bezugspunkt (Abb. 3 - Bez. C) mit dem
Bezug auf dem Bügel (Abb. 3 - Bez. D)
übereinstimmt.
Die zuvor ausgebauten Leitungen wieder
anschließen.
Die Gelenkwelle wieder in ihrer vorge-
gebenen Position (Abb. 4 - Bez. E) ansch-
ließen und zur Befestigung der Schrauben
Loctite 270 benutzen.
Die elektrischen Verbindungen wieder-
herstellen.
Die Räder wieder montieren.
