FMR 23x Anzeigemodul-Steckverbindung

Beim Micropilot FMR 23x kann es zur Fehlermeldung E110 kommen, wenn das Anzeigemodul VU 330 unter Spannung an die Elektronik angesteckt wird. Um das zu vermeiden, wurden die 2 mittleren Kontaktstifte 2 der Steckverbindung (I C-Bus) an der Hauptelektronik gekrzt, damit in jedem Fall zuerst die Betriebsspannung kontaktiert ist. In Einzelfllen wurden diese Pins zu kurz abgeschnitten, dadurch kann das angesteckte Display einen Wackelkontakt haben. Die Fehlerbilder knnen dann als "Display funktioniert (manchmal) nicht" bis hin zu Gerte-Resets durch Strungen auf dem internen Gertebus interpretiert werden. Auerdem kommt es zu starken Schwankungen des Stromausgangs die ungewollte Sprnge des Prozessleitsystems verursachen. Zum Test und zum temporren Abstellen des Fehlers kann dann das Display abgesteckt werden. Ein weiterer Funktionstest kann durch Wackeln an der Steckverbindung durchgefhrt werden. Wenn kein Aussetzen des Displays oder ein oben angegebener Fehler auftritt, so ist mit Sicherheit die Steckverbindung in Ordnung. Potenziell betroffen sind Gerte bis Mai 2000 (KW 18/2000, CW-code 5A). Danach produzierte Gerte sind mit einem genderten Werkzeug konfiguriert und in Ordnung.

The error message E 110 could occur with the Micropilot FMR 23x if the display VU 330 was plugged into the electronics board while it was still live.
