BEI METALLKREISSGEBLTTERN FR KREISSGEMASCHINEN

Es ist von grter Wichtigkeit, dass beim Bearbeiten entsprechender Querschnitte immer die richtige Zahnteilung gewhlt wird. Wird dies nicht beachtet, entstehen unntige Schwierigkeiten, die unter Umstnden bis zum Defektwerden
des Sgeblattes fhren knnen. Wenn die Zahnteilung zum Bearbeiten eines entsprechenden Querschnittes zu fein
gewhlt wurde, so sind die Spantaschen nicht in der Lage, die anfallenden Spne aufzunehmen. Es kommt zur Spanberfllung der Zahnung, deren Folge vorzeitiges Stumpfwerden und Ausbrechen der Zhne ist. Bei zu grob gewhlter
Zahnteilung ergibt sich meistens eine unsaubere Schnittflche sowie ein vorzeitiges Stumpfwerden infolge zu groer
Spanbelastung pro Zahn und u. U. ein Einhaken der Zahnung, was auch Ausbrechen derselben verursachen kann.
Zur Wahl der richtigen Zahnung zeigen wir auf, welche Querschnittbereiche mit welchen Zahnteilungen am gnstigsten bearbeitet werden knnen, z. B. beim Einsatz auf Kreissgemaschinen:
Eisele, Kaltenbach, Kasto, Trennjaeger, Rohbi, Sinico,
Adige, IBP, Thomas, Berg & Schmid, Bewo, Baier, Ulmia,
Barson, Hberle, Metora und dergleichen
