Die Entscheidung, sich zum Manager zu qualifizieren, bringt Sie in die Schlsselposition des Verdienstsystems. Alternativ haben Sie folgende Mglichkeiten, sich zum Manager zu qualifizieren: 1. Durch Qualifikation mit einem Schnellstart-Set. 2. Durch 600 Punkte Eigenumsatz. 3. Durch ein eigenes Zellenergie-Abo sowie 5 TP Zellenergie-Abo in 1. Ebene. (Sie haben hier die Mglichkeit pro fehlendes Zellenergie-Abo in 1. Ebene 100 Punkte zustzlichen Eigenumsatz zu machen.) Durch die Leistungen Punkte 2 und 3 wird die Managerstufe auch jeden Monat besttigt (Schecksicherung). Als Manager erhalten Sie 30% Rabatt (20% sofort, 10% ber die Provisionsabrechnung). Darber hinaus haben Sie einen ErstlinienBonus auf Ihre Teampartner, das heit 10% vom Verkaufspreis auf Teampartner in erster Ebene. Auf allen Direktkunden verdienen Sie nun 25%. Zustzlich haben Sie Anspruch auf TiefenBonus (Bonus auf andere Managergruppen). Auf die 1. Ebene 5% und auf Ebene 2-4 jeweils 3 %. The decision to qualify as a Manager yourself will bring you into the first key position of the earnings system. Alternatively, you can qualify as a Manager in one of the following ways: 1. By qualifying with a Quick Start-Set. 2. Through 600 Points (P) personal sales. 3. Through a Cell Energy-Autoship of your own and 5 TP Cell Energy-Autoships in the first level. (Also, you can replace each missing Cell Energy-Autoship in your firstline with 100P personal sales). The achievements at 2 and 3 above confirm the manager qualification every month (check assurance). As a Manager, you receive a discount of 30% (20% immediately plus a further 10% via your commission check). You also have Firstline Bonus on your Teampartners, that means 10% on the sales price of Teampartners in your Firstline. You now earn 25% on all Direct Customers. In addition, you are entitled to royalties (bonus on other Manager groups). 5% on the first level and 3% on levels 2-4. As a Sales Manger, starting at 2,500P, you are entitled to the Management Bonus of an additional 2% on all of your organizational volume. Starting with the position of Marketing Manager (5,000 P and two Managers on the first level) in the Marketing Plan, you will receive 5%. The Management Bonus rises again with increasing volume to a maximum of 21% in the Champion`s League. So, as a Manager you are entitled to up to 6 incomes at the same time for every month with check assurance.

Als Sales Manager, Marketing Manager und International Marketing Manager erhalten Sie in jedem Monat mit Schecksicherung einen Management-Bonus, sofern Sie das Umsatzziel sowie die entsprechenden 1. Ebenen Qualifikationen erfllen. Beispiel: MM = 5.000 P Umsatz + mind. 2 Manager mit Schecksicherung in der 1. Ebene. Der Bonus wird Ihnen in jedem Monat der Zielerreichung mit der nchsten Abrechnung (im Folgemonat) vergtet. Tiefen-Bonus: 1. 5. Ebene Der Tiefen-Bonus wird an alle Manager, SM und MM mit Schecksicherung ausgeschttet und zahlt auf die 1. Ebene 5% und auf die 2. bis 4. Ebene je3% auf Managergruppen, ab IMM sogar auf 5. Management (SMIMM)
As a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and International Marketing Manager you receive a Management Bonus in every month in which you met your check assurance, provided you reach the required volume and the corresponding first level qualifications. Example: MM = 5,000P volume plus at least 2 Managers with check assurance at first level. The bonus will be paid for every month in which the required qualifications are met. It is paid out with your next check in the following month. Royalties: 1st 5th level Royalties will be paid to all Managers, SMs and MMs with check assurance and counts 5% for the first level and 3% on the 2nd-4th levels on manager groups. From an IMM up 5% even on the 5th level.

TOP-Management (VPCL)
Um den TOP-Management-Bonus zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, sich fr jede Stufe einmalig zu qualifizieren, d.h. ab dem 2. Monat Zielerreichung erhalten Sie den entsprechenden Bonus. Jede TOP-Management Stufe muss nur 1 mal qualifiziert werden. Beispiel: Wenn Sie im Januar einen Umsatz von mind. 25.000 P erreichen (mit 3 Sales Manager Linien) haben Sie sich zum Vice President qualifiziert. Sobald Sie wieder 25.000 P Strukturumsatz mit mind. 3 Sales Manager Linien erreichen (z.B. im Februar), erhalten Sie auch die entsprechende Auszahlung als Vice President. Sie haben somit ab dem Februar Anspruch auf weitere 3%, d.h. da Sie ja bereits IMM waren mit 9%, erhalten Sie nun 12% (9% + 3% = 12%) TOPManagement-Bonus. Tiefen-Bonus auf 6. Ebene Dieser Tiefen-Bonus wird ab der Position Vice President in jedem Monat ausbezahlt, in dem die Qualifikation zum Vide President oder eine hhere Qualifikation erfllt wird. Der Tiefen-Bonus auf die 6. Ebene ist 5%.

TOP-Management (VPCL)
To receive the TOP-Management Bonus it is necessary to qualify for each position once. That means you receive a corresponding bonus from the second month in which the required qualifications are met. Qualification for each TOP-Management Position has to be achieved just once. Example: If you reach a volume of at least 25,000P in January (and have 3 Sales Managers lines), you have qualified as a Vice President. As soon as you achieve 25,000P in organizational sales with at least 3 Sales Managers lines again (e.g. in February), you will be paid as a Vice President. Therefore you can claim an additional 3% from February on, i.e. as you already received 9% as an International Marketing Manager, you will now get a TOP-Management Bonus of 12% (9% + 3% = 12%). Royalties on 6th level Starting with the Position of Vice President and higher, royalties are paid every month, in which the qualification as a Vice President or higher (TOPManagement position) is met. The royalties on level 6 are 5%.

So lassen sich teilweise ber 20% sparen. Ab der Stufe MM bernimmt PMInternational bis zu 111, zzgl. MwSt. Ihrer Leasingkosten. Ab der Stufe Executive Vice President steigt die Zuzahlung weiter an und erhht sich weiter bis zur Stufe Champions League. Qualifikation gem aktuell gltigen Richtlinien im Autoprogramm. PM erstattet Ihnen bereits als MM den grten Teil Ihrer Leasingrate.

1.CarIncentive:
At PM-International there are different ways of driving your dream car. Even as a Teampartner you have an opportunity to lease any car of one of the following makes Audi, VW, BMW, Mini, Smart, Mercedes or Porsche of your choice at considerably reduced rates. (Check with your country subsidiary which cars are available in your country.) Savings of up to 20% are possible in some cases. From the Position of MM, PM-International covers a large part of the leasing rates (up to 111 plus VAT in Germany) for such a car. From the Position of Executive Vice President up, the proportion of the amount which PM covers increases and then continues to do so right up to the Champions League. Qualification according to the currently valid car incentive guidelines. As soon as you become an MM, PM refunds you most of your leasing rate.
