Anreise:

Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof heißt Heinsberg (Rheinl). Wer dort abgeholt werden möchte ruft bitte
10 Minuten vor Ankunft an (004915156540576). 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Festivalbüro.

Für Teilnehmer, die mit dem Auto anreisen lautet die Adresse der Stadthalle und des Festival Büros:

Check In:

Alle Teilnehmer kommen nach ihrer Anreise (wenn nicht anders vereinbart) zuerst ins Festival Büro
(Apfelstraße 60, 52525 Heinsberg), um ihre Teilnehmerausweise abzuholen und in die Gastfamilien
gebracht werden können.

Infos zum Wettbewerb:

Alle Teilnehmer sollten sich 1 Stunde vor ihrem Wertungsspiel im Festival-Büro melden. Sie werden
dann vom Staff-Team in ihre Vorbereitungsräume begleitet und zum Wertungsspiel auf die Bühne
geführt.
Alle weiteren Termine und detaillierte Informationen zum Festival findet ihr im Festivalprogramm.

WICHTIG:
Bitte gebt uns so früh wie möglich eure Abreisedaten bekannt, damit wir den Einsatz des Shuttle-
Service entsprechend planen können.
Hierzu liegt im Festivalbüro eine Liste aus.

Allgemeine Informationen:
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Mittagessen in der Cafeteria des Krankenhauses Heinsberg
einzunehmen. Im Festival-Büro werden dazu täglich Gutscheine ausgegeben.
Auch demjenigen, der keinen Gutschein mehr bekommen sollte, ist die Cafeteria unbedingt zu
empfehlen, da günstig und sehr gut.

Arrival:

Next train station: Heinsberg (Rheinl). If you need a pick up call 004915156540576 10 Minutes before
you arrive. It’s a 10 minutes walking distance from station to the festival office.

By car (address of the city hall and festival office):

Check In:

All participants should come to the festival office (Apfelstraße 60, 52525 Heinsberg) first for check in.
From there the host families will pick you up.

Competition:
All participants should appear at the festival-office 1 hour before performing time at the latest. A
member of our staff will meet you und lead you to your preparation room and then to the stage.
All further dates and detailed information concerning the festival can be found in the festival
program.

IMPORTANT:
In order to make the shuttle service available for your departure we kindly ask you to hand in any
information concerning departure times as soon as possible.
Please talk to the staff at the festival-office!

General information:
We are able to offer a free lunch at the cafeteria of the local hospital. Vouchers for that are offered
in the festival-office every day of the festival week. As the amount of vouchers is limited, the one
who comes first gets first.
We can recommend the cafeteria also to those who are not lucky with vouchers. Prices are
reasonable and meals taste very good.
