Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Verteiler bietet die Möglichkeit, die AS-i Spannung über die M12-
Buchse abzugreifen (Strombelastbarkeit 2 A).
Montage

Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei.

Montage Unterteil
Wählen Sie eine plane Montagefläche. Befestigen Sie das Unterteil auf
der Montagefläche, die Montageschrauben sind nicht im Lieferumfang.

Legen Sie das AS-i Flachkabel (gelb) in den Kabelschacht ein. Passen
Sie das Kabel richtig in die Profilnut ein.

Montage Oberteil / Verriegelung

Setzen Sie das Oberteil auf. Die beidseitige Verriegelung kann sowohl
mit einem Schraubendreher erfolgen (siehe Grafik) oder mit einer ent-
sprechend großen Rohrzange. Drücken Sie dabei das Oberteil mit dem
Unterteil zusammen. Entfernen Sie die montierte Staubschutzkappe
erst dann, wenn Sie den Anschlussstecker mit der M12-Buchse
(Anzugsdrehmoment 0,6...0,8 Nm) verbinden.

Demontage Oberteil / Entriegelung

Setzen Sie zwei Schraubendreher am Gehäuse an und drücken Sie
diese gleichzeitig nach unten.

Function and features
The splitter allows to take the AS-i voltage from the M12 socket (cur-
rent rating 2 A).
Mounting

Disconnect the installation.

Mounting of the lower part
Select a plane mounting surface. Screw the lower part onto the
mounting surface, the screws are not supplied.
Insert the AS-i flat cable (yellow) into the cable duct. Ensure correct
positioning of the cable in the profiled slot.

Mounting of the upper part / locking

Place the upper part. It can be locked on both sides using a screwdriv-
er (see drawing) or a sufficiently large pipe wrench. Press the upper
part onto the lower part. The M12 connector can then be connected,
tightening torque 0.8 Nm.

Removal of the upper part / unlocking

Apply two screwdrivers to the housing and press them down simulta-
neously.

Caractéristiques et fonctionnement
Ce répartiteur dispose d'une prise M12 pour l'alimentation AS-i (cou-
rant max. 2 A).
Montage

Mettre l'installation hors tension.

Montage de l’embase
Choisir une surface de montage plane. Fixer l’embase sur la surface de
montage, les vis ne sont pas fournies.
Insérer le câble plat AS-i (jaune) dans le guide de câble. Assurer le bon
positionnement du câble dans le guide profilé.

Montage de la partie supérieure / verrouillage

Poser la partie supérieure. Elle peut être verrouillée des deux côtés à
l'aide d'un tournevis (voir schéma) ou d'une clé à tube assez large.
Presser la partie supérieure sur l'embase. Ne pas enlever le capuchon
protecteur de poussière avant de raccorder le connecteur et la prise
M12 (couple de serrage 0,6…0,8 Nm).

Démontage de la partie supérieure / déverrouillage

Utiliser deux tournevis sur le boîtier et les presser vers le bas simul-
tanément.

Verlegen Sie das AS-i Flachkabel sorgfältig, der gerade Verlauf des
Flachkabels sollte ca. 15cm betragen.
Take care in laying the AS-i flat cable, the flat cable should be laid
straight for about 15 cm.
Poser le câble plat AS-i soigneusement, avec une longeur droite mini-
mum d'environ 15 cm.
