THE FORGING PROCESS

Auf modernsten, leistungsstarken

Schmiedeaggregaten produzieren wir
das geeignete Vormaterial für Ihre
Produktion.
Das Schlüsselaggregat des Schmiedebetriebes ist
die 5200 t-Presse mit 2 integrierten Manipulatoren,
mit der Stückgewichte bis 40 t optimal abgedeckt
werden.

We use modern, highly productive

forging equipment to produce the best
raw materials for your production pro-
cess.
The 5200 tonne press, with its two integrated
manipulators, forms the heart of our forging shop
and is capable of handling forgings with a weight
of up to 40 tonnes.

Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die mechani-

sche Langschmiedemaschine. Sie ist mit ihrer
hohen Leistung und präzisen Maßtoleranz das
ideale Schmiedeaggregat für die Herstellung von
Stabstahl und Freiformschmiedestücken im
Abmessungsbereich von 90 bis 430 mm Ø und
einem maximalen Stückgewicht von 4500 kg.

Another significant part of this plant is the Long

Forging Machine. With its high performance and
precise dimensional tolerances, it is the ideal for-
ging tool for the production of bar steel and open
die forgings in the dimensional range of 90 – 430
mm Ø and a maximum piece weight of 4500 kg.

All planning, testing and production steps invol-
ved in the manufacture of forged billets are, of
