Recycling und Entsorgung
Sowohl die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und
ES 200-2D als auch die Verpackung bestehen
zum überwiegenden Teil aus recyclefähigen
Rohstoffen.
Die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und ES 200-2D wie
auch das Zubehör gehören nicht in den
Hausmüll.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Altgerät und ggf.
vorhandenes Zubehör einer ordnungsgemäßen
Entsorgung zugeführt werden.
Beachten Sie dabei die geltenden nationalen gesetzlichen
Vorschriften.
Sicherheit bei der Montage
· Der Arbeitsplatz ist gegen unbefugtes Betreten zu
sichern. Herunterfallende Teile oder Werkzeuge
können zu Verletzungen führen.
· Die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und ES 200-2D müssen vor
Wasser und anderen Flüssigkeiten geschützt werden.
· Befestigungsart und Befestigungsmittel, wie z.B.
Schrauben und Dübel, müssen auf jeden Fall den
baulichen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden
(Stahlkonstruktion, Holz, Beton usw.).
· Die hier beschriebene Montage der ES 200 Easy,
ES 200 und ES 200-2D sind ein Beispiel. Bauliche
oder örtliche Gegebenheiten, vorhandene Hilfsmittel
oder andere Umstände können eine andere
Vorgehensweise sinnvoll machen.
· Im Anschluss an die Montage sind die Einstellungen
und die Funktionsweise der ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und
ES 200-2D und der Schutzeinrichtungen auf
einwandfreien mechanischen Zustand zu überprüfen.
· Nur qualifizierte Fachleute dürfen das
Netzanschlussgehäuse öffnen.
· Vor Abnahme der Schutzhaube den ES 200 Easy,
ES 200 oder ES 200-2D spannungsfrei schalten.
Netzstecker ziehen oder, bei Festanschluss, Sicherung
ausschalten.
· Fassen Sie das Netzkabel nur am Stecker und niemals
am Kabel an, um es aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
Sicherheit bei der Inbetriebnahme
· Der Schutzleiter muss angeschlossen sein.
· Die Sicherheitssensorik soll angeschlossen sein
(siehe Inbetriebnahmeanleitung).
· Antriebseinheit und Fahrflügel sind Korrekt
miteinander verbunden
· Die Endanschläge sind so eingestellt, dass die
Fahrflügel bei max. Öffnungsweite die Endanschläge
berühren. Die Fahrflügel und die Standflügel bei
geschlossener Tür nicht mit den Dichtungsprofilen
zusammenstoßen.
· Fahrflügel müssen leichtgängig sein.
· Die separat gelieferten Teile wie Programmschalter,
NOT-AUS Schalter und Impulsgeber, (Radarmelder,
NACHT/BANK-Schlüsseltaster) müssen montiert und
angeschlossen sein.
· Akkueinheit ist eingebaut (optional)
Überprüfung und Abnahme
Die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und ES 200-2D st vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme und nach Bedarf, jedoch mindestens
einmal jährlich, von einem Sachkundigen zu prüfen und ggf.
zu warten.
Die Überprüfung und Abnahme müssen anhand des
Prüfbuchs von einer durch DORMA ausgebildete Person
durchgeführt werden.
Die Ergebnisse sind gemäß DIN 18650-2 zu dokumentieren
und für mindestens 1 Jahr durch den Betreiber
aufzubewahren.

Es empfiehlt sich mit DORMA einen Wartungsvertrag
abzuschließen.
Einweisung:
Nach erfolgreicher Einstellung, Inbetriebnahme und
Funktionsprüfung der Türanlage, ist die Bedienungs-
anleitung dem Betreiber auszuhändigen und eine
Einweisung durchzuführen.
Türverhalten bei unterschiedlichen Witterungsverhältnissen
Die Sicherheitssensoren der Türanlage (Infrarot-
Lichtvorhänge) dienen der Absicherung des
Durchgangsbereichs. Höchste Priorität hat bei der
Einstellung der Empfindlichkeit der Sensoren der
Personenschutz. Insbesondere bei wechselnden
Witterungseinflüssen (Regen- oder Schneeschauern), bei
umherfliegendem Laub oder auch direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung auf reflektierenden Bodenbelägen, kann
es sporadisch zu Fehldetektionen der Sensoren kommen.
Diese haben unter Umständen eine Öffnung der Tür von bis
zu einer Minute zur Folge. Dieser Offenstand der Türanlage
ist durch eine Normvorgabe festgelegt und völlig normal. Er
dient ausschließlich der Sicherheit der Türnutzer.
Wartung
Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur im spannungsfreien Zustand
durchgeführt werden. Netzstecker ziehen oder bei
Festanschluss Sicherung ausschalten.
Pflege
Reinigungsarbeiten dürfen nur im spannungsfreien Zustand
durchgeführt werden. Netzstecker ziehen oder bei
Festanschluss Sicherung ausschalten.
Die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 und ES 200-2D können mit
einem feuchten Tuch und handelsüblichen Reinigern
gereinigt werden.
Scheuermittel sollten nicht verwendet werden, da sie die
Oberfläche beschädigen könnten.
Lassen Sie kein Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten auf oder
in die ES 200 Easy, ES 200 oder ES 200-2D gelangen.
Führen Sie niemals Metallgegenstände in die Öffnungen am
ES 200 Easy, ES 200 oder ES 200-2D ein. Andernfalls
besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.
Verschleiß
Um ein einwandfreies Funktionieren der Anlage zu
gewährleisten muß die Anlage jährlich geprüft werden.
Folgende Verschleißteile müssen geprüft und ggf.
ausgetauscht werden:
· Laufrollen alle 2 Jahre
· Akkublock alle 3 Jahre
· Gummi-Endanschläge bei jedem Servicecheck
· Die Laufschiene alle 5 Jahre
· Den Zahnriemen alle 1 000 000 Lastwechsel
· Die Bodengleiter bei jedem Servicecheck
· Die Bürsten (option) bei jedem Servicecheck
Es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile eingesetzt werden.

Safety during mounting
·The working area has to be secured against
unauthorised access from other people. Falling items
or tools might cause injuries.
· The ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 and the ES 200-2D
have to be secured against water and other liquids.
· In any case, the way of mounting and the mounting
equipment, like for example screws and wall plugs,
have to be adequate with regard to the structural
conditions (steel structure, wood, concrete etc.).
· The mounting of the ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 and
the ES 200-2D described herein are only an example.
Structural or local conditions, available tools or other
conditions might suggest a different approach.
· Following the successful installation of the system, the
settings and the proper function of the ES 200 Easy,
the ES 200 or the ES 200-2D and the safety
equipment have to be checked.
· Only specially qualified staff may open the power
supply housing.
· Disconnect the ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 or the
ES 200-2D from power supply (de-energise the
system) before removing the cover of the power supply
housing. Remove mains plug or switch off fuse (with
permanent power supply).
· Always pull at the plug and never at the cable when
unplugging the power supply.
Safety during commissioning
· The protective earth conductor has to be connected.
· The safety sensors are to be connected (see
commissioning instructions).
· The operator and the active panels are properly linked.
· The end stops are adjusted so that the sliding panels
meet the end stops when the system is adjusted to its
maximum opening width
· Furthermore the sealing profiles of the active panels
and the passive panels must not collide while the door
is closed
· Separately supplied components such as the program
switch, the EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton and
activators (radar motion detectors, NIGHT-/BANK key
switches) have to be mounted and connected.
· Ensure that the door leaves run smoothly
· The rechargeable battery pack has been installed
(optional).
Inspection and system approval
Before the first commissioning and depending on
requirements, however, at least once a year, the
ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 and the ES 200-2D have to be
inspected by a properly qualified technician and serviced if
required.
A person trained by DORMA has to perform the inspection
and approve the system with the aid of the inspection book.
The respective results have to be documented in accordance
with DIN 18650-2 and the facility operator has to keep
these documents for at least one year.
We would recommend taking out a maintenance agreement
with DORMA.
Briefing:
Following the adjustment, commissioning and functional
testing of the door system, the operating instructions have
to be handed over to the facility operator and a briefing has
to be made.
Behaviour of door system during varying weather conditions
The safety sensors (infrared light curtains) are designed to
safeguard the passage area. When it comes to adjusting the
sensitivity of the sensors, the protection of people always
has top priority. From time to time, changing climatic
conditions (such as rain or snow), flying leaves or direct
sunlight (reflected by certain floor finishes) may
accidentally trigger the sensors. As soon as the light
curtains have been triggered, the door may remain open for
up to one minute – as required by a certain standard. This is
only a standard procedure with the only purpose to protect
the users of the door system.
Maintenance
The system has to be de-energised (disconnected from
power supply) before performing any kind of maintenance
work.
Remove the power plug or switch off the fuse (with
permanent power supply).
Care
The system has to be de-energised (disconnected from
power supply) before cleaning the system. Remove the

You may clean the ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 or the ES
200-2D with a damp cloth and standard commercial
detergents.
You should not use scouring agents for cleaning purposes as
they might damage the surface finish.
Ensure that no water or other liquids drop on or into the
ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 or the ES 200-2D.
Never stick metal objects into the openings of the
ES 200 Easy, the ES 200 or the ES 200-2D otherwise you
might sustain an electric shock.
Wear
The following wear parts must be checked in regular
intervals and replaced if required in order to ensure the
smooth function of the unit.

• Track rail: every 5 years
• Toothed belt: every 1,000,000 opening/closing
cycle

Bei Überkopfarbeiten in Eingangs- und Durch-
gangsbereichen muss der Arbeitsbereich gesichert
werden. Herabfallende Werkzeuge oder Gegen-
stände können zu Verletzungen an Personen
führen.

Übersicht der verwendeten Profile.

Achten Sie auf den Untergrund, wählen Sie das
passende Befestigungsmaterial.
Bei Holz - Holzschrauben,
bei Mauerwerk - Schwerlastdübel,
bei Stahlkonstruktionen - Gewindeschrauben.
Der Antrieb kann in zwei verschiedenen Varianten
montiert werden.
XA Direkt auf die Wand = Wandmontage
XB In den Durchgang = Durchgangsmontage
Antriebseinheit in Wandmontage montieren:
- Montageplatte von der Antriebseinheit ab-

schrauben .
- Bohrgruppen markieren. Lichte Höhe

beachten. Maßangaben siehe Bild 4A.
- Löcher bohren.
- bei Stahlkonstruktionen Gewinde schneiden.
- bei Mauerwerk Dübel einstecken.
- Montageplatte mit Senkkopfschrauben

Antriebseinheit in Durchgangs montage montieren:
Bei Mauerwerk müssen Schwerlastdübel verwen-
det werden. Die Dübel müssen bauseits gestellt
werden.
Bohrungen anreissen/markieren.

- Löcher bohren.
- bei Mauerwerk,
Dübel einstecken.
- bei Stahlkonstruktionen,
Ø 5 mm Löcher bohren und
M 6 Gewinde schneiden.
3B Wandbefestigungen anschrauben.
4B Vierkantmuttern in die Profilkanäle des
LM Trägers einschieben.
LM-Träger mit der angeschraubten
Antriebseinheit in die Wandbefestigung
einhängen und anschrauben.
5B LM-Träger ausrichten und fest anschrauben.
Bei Anlagen mit Seitenteilen:
6B Wandanschlußprofile(U-Profile) gemäß Maßanga-
ben in der Zeichnung befestigen.
- Bohrungen markieren.
- Löcher bohren.
- bei Mauerwerk, Dübel einstecken.
- bei Stahlkonstruktionen, Gewinde schneiden.
- Wandanschlußprofile anschrauben und
ausrichten.
- Wandanschlußprofile fest anschrauben.
7B Seitenteile in die Wandanschlußprofile
einschieben, ausrichten und fixieren.
- Laufschiene säubern.
Bodenführung montieren:
8 Die Bodenführung, je nach Gegebenheit, mit
dem Gebäude oder mit dem Seitenteil
verschrauben.
9 Lichtschranken-Kabel einführen.
Zum Schutz der Lichtschranken-Kabel im

Bereich des Laufprofils, Schrumpfschläuche
11 über die Lichtschranken-Kabel ziehen.
Kabelkanalstücke einsetzen.

Lichtschranken-Kabel an die Lichtschranken-
13 A profile anschrauben.

Lichtschranken-Kabel an die Steuerung
anschließen. (siehe Anschlussplan)
Lichtschranken-Kabel im Laufprofil festsetzen.
Achtung! Schraube nicht zu fest anziehen damit
die Kabelisolierung nicht zerstört wird.
Fahrflügel einhängen und anschrauben.

Fahrflügel mit ca. 6 mm Abstand zum Fußboden
bzw. Bodengleiter einstellen.

Bügel an der Hauptschliesskante:
- Innensechskantschrauben lösen.
Bügeln an der Nebenschliesskanten:
- Innensechskantschrauben lösen.
- Höheneinstellung mit der Sechskantmutter
vornehmen.
- Innensechskantschrauben wieder festan-
ziehen.
- Tür aufschieben, die Mitteldichtungen müssen
parallel zu den Seitenteilen verlaufen.
- Tür zuschieben, dann wieder einige Millimeter
aufschieben und den Öffnungsspalt der
Mitteldichtungen über die gesamte Höhe auf
gleichen Abstand kontrollieren.

16 Entgleisungsschutz einstellen:
Entgleisungsschutz der Laufköpfe entspannen
und einstellen.
- Schrauben in den Langlöchern der Laufwagen
lösen.
- Entgleisungsschutz auf 0,5 mm Abstand zum
Lauf- und Montageprofil einstellen.
- Fahrflügel auf Leichtgängigkeit überprüfen.
- Schrauben wieder fest anziehen.
17a Endanschläge und Öffnungsweite einstellen:
- Endanschläge lösen.
17b - Beide Fahrflügel manuell auf volle
17c Öffnungsweite schieben und festsetzen.
- Endanschläge an die Fahrflügel anschieben.
- Endanschläge festschrauben.
18 Schliesskante (SK) auf Anlagenmitte (AM) setzen
Von der Innenseite gesehen:
19a - Am linken Fahrflügel, Verbindung zwischen
19b Laufwagen und Zahnriemen lösen.
- Beide Fahrflügel manuell verschieben, bis die
Schließkante (SK) der Anlagenmitte (AM)
entspricht.
- Verbindung zwischen Laufwagen und
Zahnriemen wieder fest anziehen.
Größere Abweichungen SK zu AM, wie im Bild
20 dargestellt ausgleichen.
- Zahnriemen um einen oder mehrere Zähne
versetzen.
Zahnriemen spannen:
Zahnriemen von Hand kräftig vorspannen und
21 sichern.
22 Schraube der Spannvorrichtung anziehen bis
Schraubenkopf und Halterungsende eine Linie
bilden.
23 Umlenkung (Verriegelung) fest anziehen.
Verriegelung(Option) einstellen:
24 - Fahrflügel schließen.
- Schraube der Käfigeinheit lösen.

29 Zahnriemen einstellen:
Während der Betriebsfahrt muss der Zahnriemen
geräuschlos auf der Umlenkrolle laufen. Wenn
der Zahnriemen an den Bordscheiben reibt, muss
der Zahnriemen justiert werden.
Zahnriemen justieren:
- Rechte Befestigungsschraube der Umlenkrolle
lösen.
- Einstellschraube (Madenschraube) solange
hineindrehen bis der Riemen wieder frei läuft.
- Befestigungsschraube auf der Umlenkrolle
wieder fest anschrauben.
Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse gemäß den
Anschlußplänen herstellen.
Zubehör gemäß der den jeweiligen Produkten
beiliegenden Montageanleitung montieren.
30 Die Scharnierprofilstücke in die Innenverkleidung
einschieben.
31A Stirnbleche passgenau ablängen.

32 Damit die Stirnbleche sauber eingesetzt werden
können:
An der Innenverkleidung gemäß Maßangabe die
Ecken abfeilen.
Halter für die Stirnbleche einsetzen und an-
schrauben. Stirnbleche anschrauben.
33 Innenverkleidung anbringen:
Beginnend von der Mitte nach aussen gehend.
34 Die Innenverkleidung mit den eingeschobenen
Scharnierprofilstücken von Hand in das Montage-
profil eindrücken.
35 Innenverkleidung öffnen und festsetzen.
36 Innenverkleidung mit Schutzleiterkabel erden.
Für den Test nach dem Einbau:
37a - Netzspannung anbringen.
37b - Akku anschließen.
37c - Eine Testfahrt durchführen.
38a - Bis zur endgültigen Inbetriebnahme Akku

Where overarm work is performed in an entrance
or passage area, the field of work has to be
secured. Falling tools or objects could cause
injuries.
1A Overview of required profiles.

Different fixing requirements prevail depending
on the surface!
With wood – wood screws
With masonry – heavy-duty plugs
With steel – countersunk screws.
There are two different fixing variants.
XA Direct wall installation = Wall fixing
XB Installation in the passage area = Corridor fixing
Wall fixing
2A - Unscrew mounting plate from drive unit.
3A - Mark the holes considering clear passage height
(LH). For dimension see drawing 4A.
- Drill the holes.
- With steel structure: cut threads,
- With masonry: insert plugs.
4A - Shim the mounting plate as appropriate and fix
it with countersunk screws.
Mount the drive unit onto the mounting plate,
align and screw down tight.
Corridor fixing
With masonry, heavy duty plugs have to be used.
The plugs must be supplied by others.
2B - Mark and drill the holes.
- With masonry: insert plugs.
- with steel structure: drill to a diameter of 5 mm
and cut M 6 threads.
3B Installation of wall brackets.
4B - Insert square nuts into the profile slots of the
aluminium girder.
- Mount the aluminium girder with the drive unit
bolted in place onto the wall brackets.
5B - Align and screw down tight.
For door systems with side screens:
6B Fix the U-section profiles according to the
dimensions indicated in the drawing.
- Mark and drill the holes.
- With masonry: insert plugs,
- With steel structure: cut threads.
- Fix and align the U-section profiles, then screw
down tight.
Insert side screens into U-section profiles, align
7B and fix them.
Clean the track rail.
8 Fixing the floor guide rail
Screw down floor guide rail to building or side
screen depending on requirements.
9 Installation of light barrier cable
10 Use shrinkdown plastic tubing in the area of the
light barrier profile to protect the cables.

Connect the light barrier cable to the control unit
according to wiring diagrams:
Fix the light barrier cable in the track rail.
Caution! Screw down carefully, otherwise the
insulation of the cable could be damaged.
14a Adjustment of sliding panels

15 Set the floor or floor guide clearance at the
sliding panel to 6 mm.
- Relax brackets of main and secondary closing
edge
- Adjust height with hexagon nut
- Screw down tight.
- Open the door and make sure that the centre
seals are parallel with the side screens.
- Close the door and then open again a few
millimetres. Check the gap between the centre
seals over its entire height to ensure good
parallelism.

Adjustment of derailment guard

16 Release the derailment guard of the roller carriers
and adjust.
- Undo the bolts in the diagonal oblong holes of
the carriers
- Adjust the derailment guard to a clearance
of 0.5 mm with respect to the track rail and
mounting girder.
- Check for smooth running and re-tighten bolts.
Adjustment of end buffers and opening width
- Insert end stops.
17a - Move both sliding panels manually to the full
17b opening width and secure in this position.
17c - Move the end stops along to meet the sliding
panels and screw down tight.
Adjustment of closing edge to centre point of the

door set (AM)
19a Viewed from the inside:
19b Determine the centre point of the door set (AM).
- Relax the connection between the carrier and
toothed belt on the left sliding panel.
- Move both sliding panels manually until the
closing edge (SK) coincides with the door set
centre (AM).
- Re-tighten the connection between the carrier
and the toothed belt.
In order to correct major discrepancies between
20 SK and AM,
- move the toothed belt one or more tooth pitch
along as explained in the drawing.
Trimming the toothed belt
29 Adjusting the toothed belt
During the operation, toothet belt must run
noiseless on the pulley.
If the toothed belt rubs excessively against the
bottom pulley flange causing noise, it will need
readjustment.
- Loosen the right fixing screw of the deflection
device and then
- Wind in adjustment screw until the belt again
runs centrally.
- Tighten the right fixing screw of the pulley
(locking device).
All the electrical connections have to be made
in accordance with the wiring and terminal
diagrams.
Install accessories in accordance with the fixing
instructions accompanying the relevant products.
30 Insert hinge profiles into inner cover
31A Trim and fix end plates.

32 In order to ensure the proper fixing of the end
plates, break edges of internal cover according to
the stipulated dimensions.
Fixing the inner cover

Insert hinge profile into inner cover and install
34 manually into mounting girder starting in the
middle.
35 Open and fix the inner cover.

21 Trim and secure the toothed belt manually. 36 Use earthing cable to ground the inner cover.
Tighten screw of clamping device until bolt head Connect mini drive unit to power supply
