SMONTAGGIO DEL MOTORE
IDROSTATICO
Posizionare la macchina su una superficie
piana. Il motore termico deve essere spen-
to.
Svitare le viti di collegamento delle semi-
flange (Fig. 1-Rif. A e Fig. 2-Rif. B) posizio-
nate ai due lati del motore idrostatico e
scollegare i tubi.
Scollegare i tubi idraulici (Fig. 2-Rif. C e
Fig. 3-Rif. D).
Scollegare i due tubi (Fig. 2-Rif. E) dal rac-
cordo a “T” e staccare il collegamento elet-
trico (Fig. 2 - Rif. F).
Prendere adeguate precauzioni per soste-
nere il motore idrostatico (es: carrello all’al-
tezza del motore) e svitare le quattro viti di
fissaggio (Fig. 3-Rif. G).
Smontare il motore idrostatico.

IDROSTATICO
Posizionare la macchina su una superficie
piana. Il motore termico deve essere
spento.
Montare il motore idrostatico nella sua
posizione originaria avvitando le quattro
viti di serraggio (Fig. 1-Rif. A).
N.B. : quando viene rimontato il motore
idrostatico può essere opportuno sostituire
le rondelle accoppiate alle viti.
Rimontare i due tubi con le relative semi-
flange ai lati del motore idrostatico (Fig. 2-
Rif. B e Fig. 3-Rif.C).
Ricollegare i tubi idraulici (Fig. 2-Rif. D e
Fig. 1-Rif. E).
Ricollegare i due tubi (Fig. 2-Rif. F) e ripri-
stinare il collegamento elettrico (Fig. 2-Rif.
G).
In caso di sostituzione motore idrostatico
verificare che la testa del tappo M18x1,5
(Fig. 4-Rif. H) sporga di circa 2 mm.
In caso la sporgenza sia di circa 5 mm
sostituirlo con un tappo rif. 584569
ed utilizzare del teflon per la tenuta
sul filetto.

DISASSEMBLING HYDROSTATIC
MOTOR
Position the vehicle on level ground. The
engine must be switched off.
Unscrew the connecting screws of the half-
flange (Fig. 1-Ref. A and Fig. 2-Ref. B)
positioned on the two sides of the hydro-
static motor and disconnect the pipes.
Disconnect the hydraulic pipes (Fig. 2-Ref.
C and Fig. 3-Ref. D).
Disconnect the two pipes (Fig. 2-Ref. E)
from the “T” coupling and disconnect the
electric wiring (Fig. 2 - Ref. F).
Take suitable precautions to support the
hydrostatic motor (e.g.: trolley at motor
height) and unscrew the four fixing screws
(Fig. 3-Ref. G).
Disassemble the hydrostatic motor.

Position the vehicle on level ground. The
engine must be switched off.
Fit the hydrostatic motor in its original posi-
tion, tightening the locking screws (Fig. 1-
Ref. A).
N.B.: when the hydrostatic motor is
reassembled, it is advisable to replace the
screw washers.
Refit the two pipes with the relative half-
flange to the sides of the hydrostatic motor
(Fig. 2-Ref. B and Fig. 3-Ref.C).
Reconnect the hydraulic pipes (Fig. 2-Ref.
D and Fig. 1-Ref. E).
Reconnect the two pipes (Fig. 2-Ref. F)
and restore the electric wiring connections
(Fig. 2-Ref. G).
To replace the hydrostatic motor, check to
ensure that the M18x1.5 plug head (Fig. 4-
Ref. H) projects by about 2 mm.
If it projects by about 5 mm replace with a
plug Ref. 584569
and use Teflon to seal the threading.

Die Maschine auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen. Der Verbrennungsmotor muss
abgestellt sein.
Die Verbindungsschrauben der
Flanschhälften (Abb. 1-Bez. A und Abb. 2-
Bez. B) auf den beiden Seiten des
hydrostatischen Motors losschrauben und
die Leitungen abtrennen.
Die hydraulischen Leitungen (Abb. 2-Bez.
C und Abb. 3-Bez. D) abtrennen.
Die beiden Leitungen (Abb. 2 - Bez. E)
vom “T”-Teil abtrennen und den elektri-
schen Anschluss abklemmen (Abb. 2 -
Bez. F).
Angemessene Vorsichtsmaßnahmen tref-
fen, um den hydrostatischen Motor abzu-
stützen (z.B.: Gabelstapler auf der Höhe
des Motors) und die vier
Befestigungsschrauben losdrehen (Abb. 3-
Bez. G).
Den hydrostatischen Motor ausbauen.

Die Maschine auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen. Der Verbrennungsmotor muss
abgestellt sein.
Den hydrostatischen Motor in seiner
ursprünglichen Position einbauen und die vier
Befestigungsschrauben anziehen (Abb. 1-
Bez. A).
Anm.: Wenn der hydrostatische Motor wieder
eingebaut wird, kann es richtig sein, die
Unterlegscheiben der Schrauben zu erset-
zen.
Die beiden Leitungen mit den entsprechen-
den Flanschhälften wieder an den Seiten des
hydrostatischen Motors anbringen (Abb. 2-
Bez. B und Abb. 3-Bez. C).
Die hydraulischen Leitungen wieder ansch-
ließen (Abb. 2-Bez. D und Abb. 1-Bez. E).
Die beiden Leitungen wieder anschließen
(Abb. 2-Bez. F) und den elektrischen
Anschluss wieder anklemmen (Abb. 2-Bez.
G).
Beim Ersetzen des hydrostatischen Motors
sicherstellen, dass der Kopf des Stopfens
M18x1,5 (Abb. 4-Bez. H) circa 2 mm über-
steht. Wenn er circa 5 mm übersteht, ist er
durch einen Stopfen Bez. 584569 zu erset-
zen und Teflon für die Abdichtung auf dem
Gewinde zu benutzen.
