Solltest du noch keinen Studienberater haben, kannst du deine Bewerbung auch an die folgenden
Adressen senden / Should you not have a designated student advisor yet you can also send your
application to:
1. In order to receive a scholarship, you must submit an application for your chosen degree programme to the
University of Europe for Applied Sciences within the application period in compliance with the relevant
conditions. An application can only be submitted once.
2. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you have provided is true and correct. Should
your circumstances change after submission of the application and deviate from the information provided for
the application, you are obliged to inform UE immediately.
3. The letter of motivation to be submitted for the scholarship or the work to be submitted must be your own
work and must not contain any third-party content or infringe upon any copyrights. The original documents,
papers and transcripts must be submitted upon request. In the event of false or misleading information in the
application and the documents to be submitted, any entitlement to a scholarship will be revoked. If a
scholarship has already been awarded when the deception becomes known, UE will revoke the scholarship. In
this case, you will be obliged to pay the full tuition fees retrospectively.
4. You cannot apply for a scholarship if you are already receiving a scholarship for your studies from another
organisation, institution, foundation or similar.
5. The support depends on the type of scholarship and is determined individually for each scholarship in terms of
type, amount and duration (see details for individual scholarships). The scholarship consists of a reduction in
tuition fees to the extent specified in each case. The obligation to pay the further tuition fees in the respective
timeframe remains. In case of doubt, the scholarship may be revoked in the event of a considerable delay in
payment.
6. The decision of the university on the individual scholarship award is not contestable. No information will be
given as to why applicants have not received a scholarship.
7. A scholarship cannot be combined with other discounts: either only a scholarship or a discount (e.g. sibling
discount) can be awarded.
8. Should the applicant postpone the start of his/her studies, the scholarship cannot be granted and the
entitlement will be lost. The regular tuition fees will become due.
9. The scholarship is personal and cannot be transferred.
10. If a student is demonstrably unable to take up or continue his/her studies for serious reasons (death in family,
accident or serious illness), a decision on the continuation of an entitlement will be made on a case-by-case
basis.
11. If the applicant does not commence with the studies without approval of the university, the scholarship will be
revoked.
12. As a scholarship holder, you have a role model function: you should aim to achieve the best results during your
studies, attend classes regularly, complete your studies in the standard period and continue to show the
behaviour and outstanding performance for which you were selected as a scholarship holder during the course
of your studies. Attendance of less than 90% may result in the revocation of your scholarship.
13. UE has the right to use scholarship information in university marketing materials and may publish your
interview/photo/profile/story on the UE website and in other university publications with your permission.
14. As a scholarship holder, you agree to participate in the welcoming of new students during your period of study
at the invitation of the university.
