WABCO hat eine neue Generation
von Automatischen Bremskraftreglern
in mechanischer und pneumatischer
Ausführung mit Relaisventil- und ABS
Anbindung entwickelt und damit den
Anforderungen an moderne Nutzfahr-
zeuge Rechnung getragen.
Durch die Anpassung an die ABS-
Funktionen, die in Europa zum Stan-
dard in den Bremsanlagen geworden
sind, konnten die Regler mit dem max.
Regelverhältnis von 5,3:1, ausgestattet
und kleiner und leichter als die markt-
üblichen Gerätekombinationen ausge-
führt werden.
Weiterhin war es möglich die Baufor-
men der unterschiedlichen Ausfüh-
rungsarten aus einem Stammgehäuse
zu ermöglichen.
Da die wesentlichen Anschlußlagen
der Steuer-, Vorrats- und Bremsan-
schlüsse identisch ausgeführt wurden,
ist eine einheitliche Leitungsplanung
der Luftanschlüsse bei unterschiedli-
chem Geräteeinsatz möglich.
Die Aufnahme von Kunststoffteilen
vermindert die Korrosionsanfälligkeit
und ermöglichte die zusätzliche Inte-
gration eines Prüfanschlusses im An-
steuerbereich.

The Great Miniature Load-Sensing
Valve
WABCO has dedeveloped a new ge-
neration of mechanical and pneumatic
load-sensing valves with an integrated
relay valve and connection to ABS to
meet the requirements for modern
commercial vehicles.
By adjusting the valves to the ABS
function which have are now part of
the standard equipment in most bra-
king systems in Europe, it has been
possible to achieve the maximum
control ratio of 5.3:1 and to make the
actual valves smaller and lighter than
the usual combination of individual
units.
In addition, the different variants now
all use the same basic housing.

As the positions of the essential ports,
i.e. for the pilot, supply and control
lines, are identical, the air piping for
these ports can be standardized for
different applications of this valve.
The use of plastic parts reduces cor-
rodibility and allows an additional test
port to be integrated in the actuation
sector.
