Here are a very important article to human rights, sorry, only in German, I hope you find in your stuff a friend, they would like to translate this important article in your language - thanks a lot! Staatsterror mit System (29.12.2009) Gutglubige mgen darunter Systemschutz verstehen, weniger Glubige, wie ich, sehen darin Verbrechen an uns Menschen in unserem Menschsein. Die Abgrnde und Schatten lichten sich, zumindest fr mich, es hat lange genug gedauert, weil ich diese in solch einem verrterischen und verchtlichen Ausma nicht erwartet htte Die Staaten halten sich Inquisitionssysteme um sich in ihren Gespinste-Systemen zu bewahren, auch und insbesondere unsere vermeintlichen Vorzeigedemokratien, welche sie mangels besseres Wissens Demokratien nennen Die Inquisition hat System und Methode: 1. Menschen und Brger verwirken ihre Grundrechte, wenn sie die vorherrschenden Gesellschaftsverhltnisse und das Gemeinwohl stren und zu Querulanten, oder gar zu vermeintlichen Staatsfeinden werden. 2. Als Staatsfeinde verlieren sie alle Rechte: Auf gesicherte Existenz, auf Unversehrtheit und selbst das Recht auf Leben. Fr sie gelten alle rechtsstaatlichen Prinzipien und Ordnungen auer Kraft gesetzt, insofern versagen ihnen Justiz und Behrden jedwede Untersttzung, im Gegenteil, diese arbeiten mit den Inquisitionsschwadronen konspirativ zusammen, die ihrerseits ber Narrenfreiheit verfgen Der Medienzirkus, der sonst aus Mcken, Elefanten macht, ist konspirativ eingebunden, insoweit es Beihilfe und Geheimhaltung betrifft Alle Handlungen der Inquisitionsschwadronen obliegen strikter Geheimhaltung, Verbrechen mit eingeschlossen Der Staatsfeind, vermeintlich oder tatschlich, ist ihnen schutzlos ausgeliefert, letztlich findet er sich in den Wahn oder zu Straftaten getrieben und folglich in einer psychiatrischen Einrichtung oder Strafanstalt wieder, oder er erliegt den Menschen verachtenden Foltermethoden, den Foltermorden auf Raten, oder er wird heimtckisch eliminiert: provozierte Unflle und selbst Morde sind mglich. 3. Stellt sich die Frage nach den Menschenrechten: Wessen sind diese? Die UN-Charta verbrieft die Rechte von uns Menschen noch ganz gut, wenngleich sie inzwischen einer berarbeitung bedarf. Den Europern waren und sind diese Rechte zuviel an Menschenrechten und da wir Europer offensichtlich alles besser wissen, stlpten wir der UN-Charta kurzerhand die Gefhrdung des Gemeinwohls und der ffentlichen Ordnung ber und die Charta der Europischen Menschenrechtskonvention war erfunden und zu Menschenrecht erhoben mit Verlaub, diese Charta ist eine einzige Farce, zumal sie der Justiz und Politik Tr und Tor fr Willkr ffnet. Jeder Mensch und Brger kann heute kurzerhand, selbst ohne Verdacht, als Querulant oder Staatsfeind gesehen werden, begehrt er nur gebhrend genug auf da mag die Terrormanie Pate stehen. Und schon kmmert sich die System-Inquisition um ihn 4. Wenn die System-Inquisition etwas kmmert, dann bestimmt nicht der Staatsfeind, sondern nur noch die Wahrung des Scheins. Demokratien und politisch Gefangene, das scheint schwer zusammen zu gehen, also setzt eine Schein wahrende Inquisition ein. Letztlich ist selbst der willkrlich erkorene Staatsfeind ohne jede Chance sein inquisitorisches Schicksal steht a priori fest! Also ist alle Unmenschlichkeit erlaubt, keiner wird je davon erfahren Steht ein Mensch zu unrecht am Pranger und lsst die Inquisitionsmeute demokratische Milde walten, wird versucht, den Staatsfeind als inquisitorisches Mitglied zu rekrutieren, verweigert sich dieser, wird er weiterhin den inquisitiven Methoden unterzogen Ausstieg ist verpnt! Das knnte nmlich der Geheimhaltung schaden und gegebenenfalls den Schein von Demokratie gefhrden.

Allenfalls msste sich das Opfer selbst fr geistesgestrt erklren (ein Widerspruch in sich!) und die erlittene Folter verschweigen oder leugnen Kme es widererwarten zum Ausstieg, sicher kann sich dieser Mensch dennoch nicht sein sein Schicksal scheint so oder so besiegelt zu sein! 5. Das staatliche Inquisitionssystem entspringt den Hirnen von uns Menschen, genauer den Hirnen (indoktrinierten Hirnen) unserer Politiker und Verantwortlichen in allerlei gesellschaftlichen Einrichtungen, stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, inwieweit unsere Mandatare unser Vertrauen schlichtweg missbrauchen Sicherheitsmanien sind keine guten Ratgeber! Demokratien werden von uns Menschen gebildet, insofern unterliegen Demokratien permanenten gesellschaftlichen Vernderungen, affin unserem erreichten Bewusstseinslevel, wer dieses nicht akzeptieren will, hat uns Menschen in unserem Menschsein nicht begriffen. Eine Gesellschaft die meint sich Entwicklung verweigern zu knnen, beispielsweise, indem sie ihre Kritiker kalt stellt, bringt sich selbst um ihre Zukunft! Nicht jeder Querdenker und Querulant ist auch ein Staatsfeind Das scheint in den Kpfen unserer Eliten noch nicht angekommen zu sein Wir sind weit davon entfernt, was Demokratien sein knnten und in ferner Zukunft sein werden Geiel Dummheit! 6. Unsere Volksvertreter nehmen billigend allerlei Menschen verachtende Systeme und Methoden in Kauf, nehmen billigend selbst den Tod von unschuldigen Menschen in Kauf, offensichtlich in dem Irrglauben, Menschen beliebig System|Gespinste konform zwangsassimilieren zu knnen. Unter Sicherheitsmanien scheint die Doktrin Usus zu sein: besser einen zuviel eliminiert, als einen Staatsfeind versehentlich verschont zu haben. Das gilt grundstzlich fr jeden von uns und solch eine Einstellung und Verantwortungslosigkeit bin ich nicht gewillt zu akzeptieren und hinzunehmen morgen trifft es willkrlich unsere Kinder und Kinder und Kinder. Menschen, wir haben allen Grund bei der Wahl unserer Politiker hchst mgliche Sorgfalt walten zu lassen Eliten, die sich nur selbst schtzen, sind unseres Vertrauens schlichtweg nicht wrdig ndern wir es! Banker, die uns ins Verderben strzen, bleiben zumeist unbehelligt Unsere Staaten leisten solange Gewhr, bis sie selbst pleite sind zu Lasten von uns allen! ndern wir es! 7. Die staatliche System-Inquisition verfgt heute ber Mittel und Methoden, die die Nazi-Methoden an Heimtcke weit bertreffen Die Methoden ermglichen eine totale Bewusstseins- und Gedankenkontrolle und jedwede Gehirn- und Organmanipulation mittels medizinischen Gerten, der so genannten Energiemedizin (Nanomedizin). Auerdem kommen elektronische Distanzwaffen zum Einsatz, in Form von gepulsten Mikrowellen, etc. (psychotronische Waffen) Die rzteschaft ist bei diesem Menschen verachtenden Treiben konspirativ eingebunden wie verchtlich! Ich mchte mich hier nicht erneut wiederholen, ich habe mich diesbezglich mehrfach und detailliert in diversen Schriften von mir geuert. Es sei noch gesagt: Ich spreche hier primr von unseren westlichen Demokratien und Demokratien nach westlichem Muster. Die westlichen Menschenrechtsorganisationen beschmutzen nur allzu gerne fremde Nester, zu den eigenen schweigen sie und verweigern konspirativ ebenfalls jedwede Untersttzung. Nur weil unsere Demokratien auf Schein hin als das bessere System erscheinen, heit das nicht zwangslufig, dass die Menschenrechte bei uns mehr als anderswo geachtet wrden 8. Internationale Organisationen, wie UNO-Menschenrechtskonvention, Menschenrechtgerichtshof Strassburg oder der Internationale Strafgerichtshof in Den Haag, sind aufgrund deren Rechtskonstrukte bestenfalls Scheineinrichtungen die Nationalstaaten wissen die wirksame Inanspruchnahme gezielt und nachhaltig zu verhindern. Zweifellos, ich bin fr unsere Gesellschaftssysteme|Gesellschaftsgespinste und deren Wchtern eine wahre Herausforderung der Grund, warum man mich eher tot als lebend sehen mchte Zur Klarstellung: Die Frage ist nicht die nach Reichtum oder nicht, sondern nur die nach redlich erworbenem und verantwortungsvoll eingesetzten und verwendeten Menschen, wehren wir uns! Diese Menschen verachtenden Praktiken sind auch der Grund fr meine Initiative: Einleitung von Volksbegehren. Das Leben verlangt von mir, wofr ich hier bin clavacs Herr Bundesprsident Khler, denke Gesellschaftssysteme mssen sich zumindest unter den elementaren Menschenrechten finden unsere Gestaltungsfreiheit bedarf dieser Grenzziehung, andernfalls sind wir Verrter von uns selbst und von Demokratie. Ich bin guter Dinge, diesbezglich sind wir uns einig! Bosbach (CDU) umschreibt das Inquisitionssystem in seinem aktuellen Statement so: Es gibt keine Sicherheitslcken, eine Verschrfung der Gesetze ist nicht erforderlich Die Frage nach der Freiheit von uns Individuen stellt er sich erst gar nicht Herr Bosbach, meine Umschreibung lautet eher so: Der Rechtestaat ist offensichtlich nur noch fr Dienstmdchen und Ladendiebe, also fr den Pbel (90% von uns Menschen). Skrupellose Eliten (etwa 10% unserer Gesellschaft) bleiben davon unbehelligt, darunter Mitglieder der Legislative und Exekutive, Richter, Anklger, Anwlte, rzte aller Couleur Da fllt es mir wie Schuppen von den Lidern Herr Westerwelle (FDP), da kann ich verstehen, dass die Staatengemeinschaft (Staatengemeinschaft?) mit mir die Geduld verliert und mich eher tot als lebend haben mchte Tnen Sie nicht lauthals fr Brgerrechte? Hier gleich noch ergnzend mein Aufruf zur: Einleitung von Volksbegehren Ich pldiere fr die Einleitung von Volksbegehren und das in so vielen Staaten wie nur irgendwie mglich: Fr Demokratie und Menschenrechte und gegen berwachungs- und Repressionsstaaten Freiheit und Sicherheit Wir bedrfen Gesetze welche systematische Bewusstseinskontrolle und -manipulation, welche systematische Existenzvernichtung, welche Folter und Foltermorde ausnahmslos und eindeutig verbieten, welche Weie Folter und die Folter mittels Distanzwaffen jedweder Art und die Flutung von Aufenthaltsrumen|Wohnrumen mittels Substanzen jedweder Art, verbieten und unter Strafe stellen. Es ist kein Geheimnis dass ich persnlich inzwischen im siebten Jahr davon betroffen bin, viele wissen davon und dennoch wird allseits geleugnet und vertuscht, selbst von amtierenden Prsidenten, Kanzlern, der Justiz und Medien Die Menschen verachtenden Methoden werden unter strikter Geheimhaltung und Leugnung angewendet wie verchtlich. Welch ein Verrat an Demokratie und von uns Menschen in unserem Menschsein. Es muss endlich Schluss sein mit der Geheimhaltung dieser inquisitorischen Praktiken. Hier missbrauchen unsere Mandatare strflich unser Vertrauen! Menschen, wehren wir uns! Unsere heutigen Demokratien haben nur wenig mit Demokratie zu tun, ndern wir es. Everyone of good faith understands that the system is for protection. I am less a believer these days since I have witnessed State crim es against our people. The abyss is deeper and spirit of life is thinner for m e, as I never ex pected the ex trem e treachery and falsity that I have encountered The State m aintains "a rigorous, harsh" System of Inquisition sim ilar to a Spider's web, it goes under the nam e of dem ocracy, but it is genuinely ignorant of the reality The Inquisitorial System : 1. It denies fundam ental hum an rights to citizens, whenever they disturb the status quo and present argum ents judged as contrary to the "public interest", or accuses them of being public enem ies. 2. As public enem ies they lose all rights: to security, to sanity, and even to life itself. For such persons the constitution, its principles and its applications, is nullified. These individuals and groups have no legal standing and are denied recourse to every k ind of official support. In contrast, those who co-operate and conspire with the Inquisition's m ilitary m achine obtain for them selves a false freedom The State's propaganda circus swiftly m ak es "m osquitoes into elephants" in order to protect its secrecy All actions of the m ilitary m achine's Inquest are accom plished in strict secrecy, hiding their crim e The so called "public enem y", whether alleged or actual, is delivered unprotected from their abuse. In the long run and weaving illusions of crim inal offense, the State, that "publicly despises torture," assigns the "arrested,and interrogated persons" to psychiatric institutions and prisons, where they are tortured insidiously, provocatively "involved in" accidents, and even m urdered. 3. Regarding the question about hum ans rights: W hose are these? The UN-Charter confirm s and docum ents our rights as hum ans com pletely and well, although it requires a revision over tim e. We Europeans ,obviously k nowing better, have inverted the UN-Charter to the endangerm ent of the public interest and the public order and in favor of the Charter of European convention on hum an rights, which opens the doors to arbitrariness in the law and in public policy. Each hum an and citizen understands without a doubt when a genuine belligerent or public enem y or a terror-m aniac appears. But the Inquisition System worries so m uch about it that it is actually bringing it into being

4. If the Inquisition System really cares, then it certainly needs to focus only on k eeping the light alive, and not so ex trem ely upon who the public enem y is. Dem ocracies and prisons are difficult political com panions. Light ex poses the Inquisition. Ultim ately even the arbitrarily accusation of "public enem y" collapses - its "cruel fanatic" fate is certain. A priori! Thus all inhum anity is prohibited, prior to its ex perience If hum ans stand wrongly at the place of judgm ent and if the Inquisition's gangs are perm itted to reign, to recruit real public enem ies as its m em bers, perpetuating torture m ethods, then hope is endangered and dem ocracy is scorned! That action protects the secrecy and of necessity endangers the light of dem ocracy itself. The victim , seek ing relief: ex plains him self as spirit-disturbed (a contradiction in itself!), conceals the suffering and denies the torture W hat com es of it? Is this not a hum an being? Alas, the fate of this person seem s sealed! 5. The national Inquisition's System arises from our hum an "ingenuity", m ore ex actly the thoughts (indoctrinated policies) of our selfinterested politicians and supposed responsible persons in all levels of our social institutions; This poses seriously the question as to what ex tent our authorized agents abuse our confidence directly - deviants are not good counselors! O ur dem ocracies are subject to our social changes, to our collective consciousness level. W hoever does not want to accept this, does not understand hum anity. A society refuses developm ent when by its actions it deals cruelly with its critics. Such a society brings determ ines its future! Not every contrary philosopher and critic is a public enem y That does not seem to m ade it into the heads of our elite yet We are far from what dem ocracies could be and what in the distant future we will be - our present scourge is stupidity! 6. O ur representatives accept and approve of all k inds system s and m ethods that despise our hum anity, accepting and approving even the death of innocents - obviously, faithful to an erring system of hum an liberty. To be able to obligate/assim ilate a Spider-lik e conform ity to a dem ented doctrine seem s to have becom e a habit: better to elim inate the deviant - never inadvertently spare a public enem y. Such an attitude and specialized agency will arbitrarily treat with our children and their children and their children's children. As hum ans let us all accept reason's reign by choosing our politicians with the utm ost care an elite, which protects itself only, is seriously unworthy of our confidence - we can change it! Bank ers, who fall ruin us and them selves rem ain unaffected our State guarantees their way out until they are brok e - debited to of us all! We can change it! 7. The national Inquisition System has m eans and m ethods that far ex ceed those of the infam ous Nazis The m ethods consum e the total consciousness, enable thought control and distort the brain by drug-thrapy, organ m anipulation by operation, energy m edicine (nanom edicine) and pulsed m icrowaves, (psychotropic weapons) The m edical profession conspires in despising hum ans - truly! I do not wish to reiterate here. I have previously ex pressed m yself in detail. I still m aintain m y position: here I speak prim arily of our western dem ocracies and dem ocracies that follow the western ex am ple. Western hum an rights organizations too gladly soil a stranger's nest, being silent and refusing to support those who deviate from that m odel. O nly because our dem ocracies appear as a better system do they have appeal; hum an rights appear to be respected m ore am ong us than elsewhere 8. International organizations, lik e UN convention on hum an rights, the Strasbourg hum an rights Court of Justice or the international crim inal court in the Hague, are due to their illusory rights-construction m echanism s - the nation states prevent the dem and purposefully and effectively. Certainly, I am for our social system s Society's Spiders and their guards are a true challenge - they would lik e to see m e dead rather than living To clarify: The question is not about wealth or not, but only whether or not their wealth is fairly acquired and responsibly used Hum an despising practices are reason for this note: My life ex perience requires m e to say this in the face of the com ing referendum . This is why I am here clavacs Mr. Federal President Khler, think s society's system s m ust be under the elem entary hum an rights - our organization freedom requires a fix ing of the boundaries - otherwise we are belie ourselves and dem ocracy. It is not a secret that I am personally in m y seventh year of such treatm ent. Many k now of it and nevertheless all deny it and hush it up. This is done even by acting presidents, by chancellors, by judges and by the m edia Hum ans despising m ethods are used under strict secrecy and their use is denied - this is true. W hat a betrayal of dem ocracy and of the hum anity of our people this is. It is tim e to bring an end to the secrecy of these Inquisition-lik e practices.
