SAUS DASAR

Mother Sauce atau disebut juga Grand Sauce adalah lima jenis saus yang paling dasar yang harus dikuasai
oleh seorang pemasak (chef). Antonin Careme, bapak pendiri Perancis "Masakan grande," datang dengan metodologi
di 1800-an dimana ratusan saus akan dikategorikan di bawah lima Saus Ibu, dan ada kemungkinan tak terbatas untuk
variasi, karena semua saus didasarkan pada rumus dasar. Saus adalah salah satu dasar-dasar memasak. Mengetahui
dasar-dasar saus tentu kita akan dapat menyiapkan banyak resep seperti seorang profesional. Pelajari cara membuat
