gültig aber für beide Seiten)
Vorbereitungen:
(Demontage nach Vorschriften des
KFZ-Herstellers)
- Batterie abklemmen
- Vordere Stossstange entfernen
- Vorderen Kotflügel demontieren
- Kabelsteckverbindung zwischen Tür
und A-Säule trennen
- Fangband demontieren
- Sicherungsstift an Türscharnier austreiben
- Tür entfernen
- Kotflügelbearbeitung
(siehe Anlage „Kotflügelbearbeitung“)
Tipp:
Zur Arbeitserleichterung 2. Person heranziehen
Hinweise:
Türablagen dürfen nicht mit Gegenständen gefüllt
werden, damit sie beim Hochschwenken der Tür nicht
herausfallen bzw. das resultierende Türgewicht die
Haltekraft nicht übersteigt.
Kein Einbau von schwereren Lautsprechern, ohne
Erhöhung der Haltekraft der Dämpfer.
In regelmäßigen Zeitabständen sind Kontrollen der
Dämpferkraft/Türeinstellung durch eine Fachwerkstatt
durchzuführen.

Installation Instructions
LamboStyleDoors
(The instruction refers only to one side of the car.
Please repeat for both sides)
Preparations:
(Dismantling according to the regulation of the
car manufacturer)
- Disconnect the battery
- Remove the front bumper
- Remove the front fender
- Disconnect the cables
(cable tree bodywork / door)
- Remove trap strip
- Disassemble the locking pin on the hinges
- Remove the door
- Modification of the fender
(see enclosure “modification of the fender”)
Tip/Advise:
A second person makes the work much easier
Reference:
Door pockets needs to stay empty! Otherwise things
would fall out of the door pockets in the opening
process upwards and/or that weight of the door exceeds
the force of the gas spring to keep the door upwards.
No installation of heavier speaker systems without
raising the damping forces of the gas spring.
At regular intervals the force of the gas spring/door
adjustment has to be controlled at a specialised dealer’s
workshop.
Please pay attention to further reference, mentioned in
the TUEV certificate!

Montage LSD-Türbeschlag:
1.) Originale Kabelbaumdurch-
führung mit der mitgelieferten
Abdeckung verschließen und
eventuell zusätzlich mit
Karosseriekleber abdichten.
2.) Schwenkarm von der
Grundplatte demontieren.
3.) An den origin. Scharnieren
der A-Säule muss zunächst
eine Befestigungsmöglichkeit
für die LSD-Grundplatte ge-
schaffen werden.
Hierfür bitte die Scharniere an
den nachfolgend beschrieben- 1.
en Punkten durchbohren und
mit einem Gewindeschneider
nacharbeiten.

Installation LSD-Door Mounting/ Hinge:
1.) The original cable tree lead-

Hinweis: Bei manchen Typen kann es vorkommen,
dass am oberen Scharnier der Beifahrerseite bereits
eine werksseitige Bohrung vorhanden ist.
Hier muss dann durch die Kabeldurchführung an der
A-Säule eine Sperrzahnmutter (M8) mit dem Bund
Richtung Fahrgastraum hinterlegt werden.
TIGRA
Reference: It can appear that some models have a
factory-made drilling on the upper hinge of the co-
driver side.
You will have to deposit a serrated bolt (M8) with the
collar towards passenger compartment through the
cable tree lead-through of the A-pillar.

Die Distanzhülse bitte zusätzlich auf die ent-
sprechende Länge kürzen und event. Winkel
anpassen.

foreseen serrated bolt, distance bushing and the
rivet nut.
In addition, the distance bushing has to be
adjusted in accordance to the length and angle.

Demontage des Aktiv-Kohle-Filters von der A-
Säule und Neupositionierung am Frontträger.
Eine Verlängerung der Anschlussschläuche ist
nicht zwingend erforderlich.
