Position Title: Senior Engineer – Mechanical Design

Department: Mechanical Design Reporting to: Lead ESCL

Company Location: Pune Number of Positions : 3
Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech (Mechanical/Automotive/Manufacturing) full time from reputed institute.
Experience (in years): 4-6 Years
Nature of Experience:
 Candidate should have worked closely with Product and Design to assess feasibility of a new design and define
product requirements.
 Must be good enough to perform mechanical calculations for various applications.
 Generate robust and parametric 3D models fully toleranced 2D drawings based on design intent and design
collateral and detailed GD&T. Software preferably CATIA.
 Preference if worked in Mechatronics domain.
 To perform detailed mechanical analyses, Packaging study of structures, enclosures, mechanisms, Gear train
designs and assemblies.
 To finalize designs using broad knowledge of engineering materials selection and manufacturing processes.
 To fabricate and debug functional prototypes to test and demonstrate designs.
 To participate internal design reviews and technical feasibility reviews with customers.
 To document and communicate designs to ensure accurate implementation.
 To manage expectations on deliverables and schedules, identifying risks and communicating these to the team.
 To collaborate with external vendors throughout the development cycle as a technical owner of the vendor’s
output.

 Preference if worked with Mechanism developer companies like Huf India, ITW India, Brose, Mar-
quardt, Inteva, Magna .
