Business Engineer Portal-/App-Lösungen,

Deine neue Tätigkeit
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement,
Fachspezialist:innen, Entwickler:innen, IT-Architektur und
externen Lieferanten
• Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Workshops zur
Anforderungsermittlung
• Erfassen, Analysieren, Validieren und Dokumentieren von
Anforderungen sowie Ausarbeitung von Lösungen inklusive
deren Präsentation vor Gremien
• Überführen von Business-Anforderungen in IT Requirements
unter Berücksichtigung von wirtschaftlichen, organisatorischen,
regulatorischen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen
• Erstellen von Testfällen und Unterstützen bei Abnahmetests

Das bringst du mit

• Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Banking & Finance,
Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
im Business Engineering
• Erfahrung in agilen Projekten und Zertifizierung im Business
Engineering (z.B. IREB)
 • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie
hohe IT-Affinität
• Überzeugende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und
Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
• Aufgeschlossene und empathische Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft

Your new job
• Close collaboration with product management, specialists,
developers, IT architecture and external suppliers
• Preparing and conducting workshops to determine requirements
• Capturing, analyzing, validating and documenting requirements
as well as developing solutions including presenting them to
committees
• Transferring business requirements into IT requirements, taking
into account economic, organizational, regulatory and technical
framework conditions
• Creating test cases and supporting acceptance tests

This is what you bring with you

• University or technical college degree in banking & finance,
computer science, business informatics, with several years of
experience in business engineering
• Experience in agile projects and certification in business
engineering (e.g. IREB)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high IT affinity
• Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Open-minded and empathetic personality with a willingness to
learn and create new things
