das Herz erfüllt und den Brustkorb und den Geist er-
weitert.
Menschen, die sich im Egoismus verrammen, kön-
nen bemitleidet werden, weil sie ihr Leben nur auf
halbem Weg leben; sie sind unglücklich und oft haben
sie einfach nicht die Gabe gelernt, in der Kindheit zu
teilen; das war vielleicht nicht ihre Schuld. Es ist nicht
ausgeschlossen, dass sich selbst der härteste Egoist
eines Tages ändern kann, nach einem spontanen Akt
des Teilens nämlich und angesichts der unbekannten
Gefühle, die er durch die Erfahrung lernt.
Ich denke, dass Teilen ein viszerales Bedürfnis und
gleichzeitig eine Tugend für den Menschen ist, und
wenn es vereitelt wird, sind psychische Pathologien
nicht weit entfernt. Das mag idealistisch klingen, aber
ich spreche hier nicht von einem sozialen Ideal, son-
dern von etwas so Natürlichem wie Atmen und
Schlafen. Wir alle sind Egoisten durch Unwissenheit,
und nur durch Unwissenheit, die Unwissenheit der
wahren Freude, die immer mit dem Teilen verbunden
ist!
Ein weiser Erzieher wird allerdings nie über Tugend
sprechen und das Kind nicht zum Teilen drängen,
denn er weiß, dass dies das Kind heuchlerisch machen
wird. Der einzige Weg, das Teilen zu lehren, ist, spon-

Team Philosophie
Für einen effektiven Lehrplan ist es unerlässlich,
ein hochkreatives Arbeitsumfeld für Lehrer zu schaffen
und eine Unternehmenskultur aufzubauen, die den
Aufbau der Achtung von Diversität fördert.
Experten in der Personalarbeit fanden heraus, dass
beste Effektivität und optimierte Kundenzufriedenheit
das Ergebnis proaktiver und loyaler Personalbeziehun-
gen sind, die auf offenem Dialog, einfühlsamem Aus-
tausch und einem ausreichenden Maß an Befähigung
für jeden Mitarbeiter setzen, und die damit jedem Mi-
tarbeiter erlauben, ein Höchstmaß an Kreativität bei
der Ausübung der Arbeit zu entfalten.
Im schulischen Umfeld bedeutet das, dass es ein
hohes Maß an effektiver Kommunikation zwischen Päda-
gogen und Eltern für das Beste jedes in der Schule
eingeschriebenen Kindes geben muss. Dies bedeutet,
dass die Mitarbeiter täglich und mit einer ausreichen-
den Einarbeitungszeit geschult werden, um
