Die Schlüssel erhalten Sie

am 1. jeden Monats (außer an Sonn- und Feiertagen):
von 14:00 Uhr – 16:00 Uhr
in der Agnesstraße 31, U2 Josephsplatz (Hausmeisterbüro).
Sollten Sie nach dem 1. einziehen beachten Sie folgende Öffnungszeiten:
Montag – Donnerstag: 14:30 Uhr – 15:30 Uhr
Freitag: 11:30 Uhr – 12:30 Uhr
(außer an Sonn- und Feiertagen)

Besonderheit Schlüsselausgabe 1. Oktober:

14:00 – 17:00 Uhr

You will receive the keys:

on the 1st of each month (except sundays and holidays):
from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
at Agnesstraße 31, U2 Josephsplatz (janitor's office).
If you move in after the 1st please note the following opening hours:
Monday - Thursday: 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
(except sundays and holidays)

Special key issue October 1st:

2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Bitte halten Sie bei Schlüsselabholung bereit/please have ready when picking up the keys:
• Ihren Ausweis/Passport
• die erste und zweite Seite des Mietvertrages (Screenshot oder Foto genügt)/the first and second
page of the lease agreement (screenshot or photo is sufficient)
• ggf. Vollmacht zur Abholung des Schlüssels/power of attorney to collect the key, if applicable
