Check-In / Check In Proceedure

Vor Beginn deiner Prüfung musst du mit einem offiziellen gültigen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis bei uns
einchecken. Bring daher unbedingt deinen Reisepass oder Personalausweis am Prüfungstag mit.
Bitte beachte: Ein Führerschein gilt in Deutschland NICHT als gültiger amtlicher Lichtbildausweis.

Before the start of your exam, you must check in with a valid official photo identification document.
It is therefore essential that you bring your passport or ID card with you on the day of the exam.
Please note: A driving license is NOT considered a valid official photo ID in Germany.

Ohne einen gültigen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis darfst du an der Prüfung leider nicht teilnehmen!
You will not be allowed to take part in the exam without a valid official photo ID!

Die Ausweiskontrolle findet im 2. Stock statt.

Kein Aufenthalt im Prüfungszentrum. Wenn deine Prüfung zu Ende ist, musst du das
Prüfungszentrum umgehend verlassen.
No waiting at the exam center When your exam is over, you must leave the exam center
immediately.

Unbedingt mitbringen / What to bring

Neben deinem gültigen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis bring bitte folgende Sachen mit:
In addition to your valid official photo ID, please bring the following items with you:

10€ Pfand / 10€ deposit

für das Schließfach / for the locker

Schreibutensilien / Writing Utensils

Deine eigenen Schreibutensilien: Bleistift (keinen Kugelschreiber!), Anspitzer und Radiergummi
Your own writing utensils: pencil (no pens!), sharpener and eraser

Vorheriger Prüfungsteil / Previous Exam Results

Bei Anrechnung eines vorherigen Prüfungsteils (mündlich oder schriftlich): Eine Kopie des
Ergebnisbogens der letzten Prüfung.
If you have taken a previous exam (oral or written):
a copy of the result certificate of your previous exam

Prüfungsstatus / Exam Status

Prüfungsergebnisse treffen in der Regel nach 4 bis 5 Wochen ein. Sobald wir dein Ergebnis von telc
bekommen, schicken wir es dir als Scan per E-Mail zu.
Exam results usually arrive in 4 to 5 weeks. As soon as we receive your result from telc, we will send it to
you as a scanned PDF via e-mail.

Bitte beachte, dass wir darüber hinaus telefonisch keine Auskunft darüber geben dürfen, ob und wie
gut du die Prüfung bestanden hast.

Abholung deiner Ergebnisse / Receiving your Results

Wenn dein Ergebnis bei speakeasy ist, hast du drei Möglichkeiten, es zu bekommen:
If your result is at speakeasy, you have three options to get it:

Persönliche Abholung / Personal collection

Bringe bitte dazu deinen Reisepass oder Ausweis mit.
Please bring your passport or ID with you

Abholung mit Vollmacht / Send a Friend

Dein Freund sollte eine Vollmacht und eine Kopie deines Ausweises und seines eigenen Ausweises mitbringen.
Your friend should bring signed written permission (Vollmacht) and a copy of both your ID and their own ID

Postversand / Post
