MOTOX-N-Stirnradgetriebe der Gren 48...188 sind

serienmig mit Einfll-, lstands- und Ablaschraube
ausgerstet. Der lose mitgelieferte Be-/ Entlftungsfilter ist vor
Inbetriebnahme gegen die Einfllschraube auszutauschen.
Die Gren 18 ... 28 haben keine Entlftungs-, lstands- und
Ablaschrauben. Auf Grund der geringen thermischen Belastung ist kein Schmierstoffwechsel erforderlich.
E./D./Z. 38-Getriebe haben eine lschraube, eine Be-/ Entlftung ist bei diesen Getrieben nicht erforderlich.
Die Getriebe werden betriebsfertig mit Getriebel gefllt
geliefert. Um die Getriebe mit der angemessenen lmenge zu
versehen, mu bei der Bestellung die Bauform angegeben
werden.
Bei der lschmierung werden hochlegierte, alterungsbestndige und nicht schumende Raffinate mit hchsten Druckaufnahmevermgen (FZG-Test DIN 51354 = Kraftstufe > 12)
eingesetzt. Bei lwechsel drfen nur le in gleicher Art (z.B.
CLP) und Viskosittsklasse (z.B. VG 220) gemischt werden.
Stehen die nachfolgend aufgefhrten le nicht zur Verfgung,
so knnen auch andere gleichwertige le eingesetzt werden. In keinem Fall le unterschiedlicher Art (z.B. CLP
und PGLP) vermischen.
Biologisch abbaubare umweltschonende le auf Basis
synthetischer oder nativer Ester der Wassergefhrdungsklasse 1 bzw.2 oder le mit USDA -H1/-H2 Zulassung sind auf
Anfrage lieferbar.

MOTOX-N-Helical Gear Units of sizes 48...188 are furnished

with filler, oil level and drain plug. Before starting operations
the separately supplied venting filter has to be replaced with
the filler plug.
The sizes 18 ... 28 have no venting, oil level and oil drain plug.
Because of the low thermal load, no lubricant-change is necessary.
E./D./Z. 38 gear units have one oil plug, ventilation of this gear
units is not necessary. Speed reducers are shipped with their
lubricant, ready for operation. In order to fill the housings with
adequate amount of lubricant, working conditions have to
be specified in the order. Only blended, age-resistant and
non-foaming EP oils (FZG test DIN 51354 load stage > 12)
are used.
Do not mix oils of different manufacturers. We recommend the
oils listed. This is, of course, no exclusive recommendation
and equivalent lubricants of other manufacturers can be used.
During an oil change, only oils of the same type (for example
CLP) and with the same viscosity class (for example VG 220)
may be mixed. Do not mix differing types of oil (e.g. CLP
and PGLP) under any circumstances.
Biologically decomposable, environment- friendly oils based
on synthetic or native ester with water hazard class 1or 2
respectively or oils with USDA -H1/-H2 acceptance can be
supplied on request.

Wartung
der Stirnradgetriebe hat gem der mitgelieferten Betriebsanleitung zu erfolgen.

Maintenance
of the helical gear units has to be carried out in accordance
with Operating Instructions manual supplied alongwith.

Hinweis:
Bei Doppelgetriebe zeigt in horizontaler Betriebslage die Gehuseausbuchtung des 2. Getriebes generell senkrecht nach
unten.

Note:
In a horizontal mounting position the smaller gear unit
generally is turned to the bottom.
