How to practice:
For endurance, technique and register:
Play in F, E, F#, G, D, Ab, Db, A, C, Bb, B
Time: 66 minutes
As warm up:
Start one day in B, Db, Eb, F, G, A. The next day start with C, D, E, F#, Ab, Bb Time: 33 minutes
Quick warm up:
Choose three keys, low, medium and high. Time: 17 minutes
IMPORTAT: Respect all the pauses
All the keys and octaves:
We can play this exercices in different ways:
Start soft and without tongue. Change the dinamics, p to mp, mp to mf, etc
To improve the sound, play from mpp to mff, start very soft and precise, finish with a nice sound with quality.
To improve the low notes:
First note of each bar, frullato.
First two notes of each bar, frullato.
First three notes of each bar, frullato.
The whole bar, frullato.
IMPORTANT: don’t play that more than 5 minutes.
Amply the register limits, respecting the points before, quality of sound.
