beiliegend übersenden wir Ihnen die Rechnung für den Studienbeitrag für das kommende Semester und bitten um
umgehende Bezahlung.

Bitte beachten Sie folgende Hinweise zur Einzahlung:

Als Verwendungszweck ist NUR Ihr Personenkennzeichen (genau wie auf der Rechnung unter Verwendungszweck
angeführt) ohne jegliche Zusatzinformation anzugeben. Wird der Verwendungszweck nicht korrekt angegeben, ist
eine automatische Zuordnung nicht möglich und der Studienbeitrag gilt als NICHT einbezahlt.

Die Inskription wird erst mit Zahlungseingang am Bankkonto der FH OÖ sowie der korrekten Zuordnung der
Zahlung gültig. Bitte überweisen Sie daher Ihren Studienbeitrag zeitgerecht vor Studienbeginn und berücksichtigen
Sie den Bankweg von bis zu 5 Werktagen.

Der ÖH-Beitrag ist nicht Teil dieses Studienbeitrages, sondern ist von allen Studierenden jedes Semester
gesondert zu bezahlen. Informationen dazu erhalten Sie separat. Die FH OÖ verwendet unterschiedliche
Bankkonten für ÖH-Beitrag und Studienbeitrag. Bitte daher unbedingt immer das jeweils angeführte Bankkonto
verwenden.

Die Inskription bzw. die Zulassung zum gewünschten Studiengang bzw. die Fortsetzung des Studiums kann nur
durch ordnungsgemäße zeitgerechte Bezahlung des vollständigen Studienbeitrages und des ÖH-Beitrags erfolgen.
Ohne entsprechende Bezahlung ist eine Inskription nicht möglich und es sind bestimmte Services der FH OÖ für
Sie gesperrt, z.B.
• Anzeige der Prüfungstermine am Stundenplan
• Antritt zu Prüfungen
• Zugang zur Lernplattform

Befreiung vom Studienbeitrag: Folgende Personen können mit schriftlichem Antrag an die Studiengangsleitung
um eine Befreiung ansuchen:
• Studenten/innen mit dem Status „Unterbrecher“, z.B. karenzierte Studenten/innen gem. § 14
Ausbildungsvertrag.
• Studenten/innen mit Behinderung (Behinderungsgrad von mind. 50%, Nachweis eines
Behindertenausweises des Bundessozialamtes).
Der Antrag hat vor der Einzahlung zu erfolgen. Eine rückwirkende Antragstellung ist nicht möglich.

Reduktion des Studienbeitrages für Drittstaatsangehörige: Bei Nachweis eines Naheverhältnisses zu

Österreich gemäß Personengruppenverordnung ist die Reduktion des Studienbeitrages von € 726,72 auf € 363,36
nach schriftlichem Antrag des Studierenden an studienbeitrag@fh-ooe.at möglich. Dies betrifft z.B.:
• anerkannte Flüchtlinge,
• Angehörige von in Österreich akkreditierten Auslandskorrespondenten oder von diplomatischem Personal,
• Personen mit Reifezeugnissen von österreichischen Auslandsschulen,
• Personen, die seit mindestens 5 Jahren in Österreich den Mittelpunkt ihrer Lebensinteressen haben
(Hauptwohnsitz).
Der Antrag hat vor der Einzahlung zu erfolgen. Eine rückwirkende Antragstellung ist nicht möglich.

Student/in studiert gleichzeitig an einer Universität und an der FH OÖ: Handelt es sich um ein ordentliches
Studium an der FH OÖ, so besteht eine Studienbeitragspflicht an der FH OÖ.

Student/in studiert parallel in zwei oder mehreren Studiengängen an der FH OÖ: Der Studienbeitrag ist
nur einmal zu bezahlen.

Dear Ms Codreanu,

Please find enclosed the invoice for the tuition fee for the coming semester and we ask for immediate payment.

Please note the following payment instructions:

The purpose of payment is ONLY your personal identification number (exactly as stated on the invoice under
purpose of payment) without any additional information. If the purpose of payment is not correctly stated, an
automatic assignment is not possible and the tuition fee is considered NOT paid.

The enrolment becomes valid only on receipt of payment in the bank account of the FH Upper Austria as well as
the correct assignment of the payment. Please transfer your tuition fee on time before the start of the semester
and take into account the bank processing time of up to 5 working days.

The students union fee is not part of the tuition fees but must be paid separately by all students each semester.
Information about this will be sent separately. The FH Upper Austria uses different bank accounts for the
students union fee and the tuition fee, please use the bank account specified in each case.

Admission to the desired degree programme is granted only after timely payment of the full tuition fee.
Without correct payment and/or registration, it is not possible to use FH Upper Austria services such as for
example:
• checking examination details in the schedule in LEVIS
• taking examinations
• accessing e-learning platforms

Exemptions from Tuition Fees: The following people may apply in writing to the programme director in advance
for exemption from tuition fees. (Retrospective applications cannot be considered):
• students who take leave of absence in accordance with § 14 of their contract of education.
• students with disabilities (with at least a 50% degree of disability as shown by a disability card from the
Austrian Bundessozialamt, i.e. the Federal Social Welfare Office, or a corresponding document from their
home country).

Reduction of Tuition Fees for Third Country Nationals: If a close relationship to Austria is proven in
accordance with the Regulation on Eligible Groups of Persons, a reduction of the tuition fees from € 726,72 to €
363,36 is possible after submission of a written application by the student to studienbeitrag@fh-ooe.at in advance
(Retrospective applications after payment cannot be considered). For example, this applies to:
• recognised refugees,
• family members of foreign correspondents accredited in Austria or of diplomatic personnel,
• persons with matriculation qualifications from Austrian schools abroad,
• persons who have had the central focus of their life interests in Austria for at least 5 years (primary
residence).

Students studying simultaneously at a university and at the FH Upper Austria: If the student is taking part
in a regular degree programme at the FH Upper Austria, he/she is obliged to pay tuition fees at the FH Upper
Austria.

Students studying simultaneously in two or more degree programmes at the FH Upper Austria: The
tuition fee need only be paid once per semester.
