Our carefully selected meals are lovingly prepared with your health
and well-being in mind. At Klinik Im Park, we incorporate the latest
developments in nutritional medicine and do our utmost to aid your
recovery through our passion for great food. Our ingredients are
sourced from partners who understand and consistently meet our
stringent quality standards. In addition to quality, we also care about
sustainability and where our produce is grown.
The following dishes are exclusively prepared using Swiss meat,
which we receive from various providers including organic farms.
When it comes to fish, sustainability is important to us as well as
freshness. Our fruit, vegetables and baked goods are provided by
high-quality suppliers in Zurich.

Our restaurant is open at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 7.30 am to 9 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 9 pm
Sunday and public holidays: 9 am to 9 pm
To reserve a table please call 2149. Warm meals are served from
11 am to 8.30 pm. Outside these times guests can enjoy an attractive
selection of cold dishes and various sandwiches.
Room service
The dishes listed in this menu can also be ordered as room service.
Please contact the hotel service team to place your order.

Our service team will gladly assist you with any allergy-related
questions you may have.
It is possible that dishes may contain traces of certain substances,
even if they are not used as ingredients. On request we will gladly
show you a detailed list of the allergens in our meals.

The family-owned business in Nussbaumen has been processing
and refining various premium smoked specialities since 1984. Every
single product is lovingly handmade and smoked in Salmo Fumica’s
own brick smokehouse.
Cheese
The AOP label (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) guarantees that
these quality products were produced, processed and refined in their
stated region of origin.
Fish
We will be glad to provide you with further information about where
we source our fish and seafood, the fishing method, as well as any
allergens in the menu.
