Allergen Statement According to EC directives 2000/13 and modifications 2003/89EC, 2006/142EC and
2007/68EC product does not contain any allergen.

Application JOHA C special is used for the stabilization of evaporated milk, UHT cream, UHT- milk
and UHT – treated beverages to prevent heat induced protein precipitation and fouling in
heat exchangers. Depending on the type of product the dosage rate varies between 0.01
and 0.2 % (calculated in final product). JOHA C special is also applied for the stabilization
of spray drying processes, i.e. powder milk.

Storage The product should be stored under cool and dry conditions. Protect from humidity.

Shelf life Stored under appropriate condition shelf life is 36 months minimum.

Packaging Paper sacks with polyethylene liner, 25 kg net; 1000 kg shrink-wrapped on Euro pallets.
