On 16/07/2022, WC received a call from resident (Apartment Building 2-1ST Floor –Flat.1), where the
washing machine is not working, (WO-828959) by doing the technical inspection it was found the
washing machine (WF8550NGW) PCB is defective.

The mentioned washing machine been requested officially from the main supplier (SAMSUNG Agent).
The concerned department replied that the PCB is obsolete and no longer manufactured. Attached as an
official report from Supplier.
