The conditional admission concerns training positions within the technical domain such as mechatronics, electronics,
industrial mechanics or cutting machine operations.
Die bedingte Zulassung bezieht sich auf den Ausbildungsberuf Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik.

During the three years training program the company will pay the following monthly stipends to the candidate:
Während der dreijährigen Ausbildung zahlt das Unternehmen dem Auszubildenden die folgende monatliche
Ausbildungsvergütung:

• 950 € during the first year of training

• 1050 € during the second year of training
• 1150 € during the third year of training

Acceptance into employment after graduation from the program is based on the performance, examination results
and personality of the participant. If those meet the standards of the company, the trained specialist will receive an
employment contract subject to social security payments and taxes. The starting salary has to be placed between
2300-2600 € before taxes and social security payments.
Die Übernahme in eine Anstellung richtet sich nach den Leistungen, den Prüfungsergebnissen und der Persönlichkeit
des Teilnehmers. Sollten diesen den Standards des Unternehmens entsprechen, kann die ausgebildete Fachkraft in
ein sozialversicherungspflichtiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis übernommen werden. Das Gehalt liegt zwischen 2300-
2600 € Brutto pro Monat.

In case of the fulfilment of the following conditions, the conditional offer will transform itself into direct admission to
the program and the candidate will receive all documents related to the visa application process:
Sollten die folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein, transformiert sich die bedingte Zulassung in eine direkte
Zulassung zur Ausbildung und der Teilnehmer erhält alle für die Einreise relevanten Dokumente:
1. The successful completion of the A1-B1 language training in India
Der erfolgreiche Abschluss des Sprachkurses A1-B1
2. The successful completion of the certified B1 examination at one of the by the German authorities recognized
examination centres such as the Goethe-, the Telc- or the ECL-Institute.
Das Bestehen der B1 Gesamtprüfung an einem von deutschen Behörden anerkannten Prüfungsinstitut, wie
dem Goethe-, Telc- oder ECL-Institut.
3. The successful completion of the online-interview with representatives from the company in German
language within the period of March-end to May 2024
Der Abschluss eines erfolgreichen Bewerbungsgespräches in deutscher Sprache mit Repräsentanten des
Unternehmens im Zeitraum März bis Ende Mai 2024.
4. The fulfilment of the formal conditions related to the visa process as stated by the German visa authorities.
Die Erfüllung der von den deutschen Visabehörden festgelegten formalen Bedingungen zur Erteilung des
Visums.
 5. The presentation of a valid and recent character certificate issued by the Indian police authorities.
Die Vorlage eines aktuellen polizeilichen Führungszeugnisses.

The payment of the language training fees to EU-India Consulting is due with the receival of the offer letter. The
payment of service fees only after the candidate receives his training visa and before the departure to Germany.
Die Zahlung der Sprachkursgebühren an EU-India Consulting ist mit der Erteilung der bedingten Zulassung zum
Programm fällig. Die Zahlung der Servicegebühren ist erst fällig, nachdem der Bewerber sein Ausbildungsvisum
erhalten hat, aber vor der Abreise nach Deutschland.

The conditional offer letter stands valid for the intake mentioned in the offer letter. The offer can be extended upon
mutual agreement and if the candidate is able to maintain the required language level.
Die bedingte Zulassung hat Gültigkeit für den im Dokument erwähnten Ausbildungsbeginn. Sollten alle
Parteien zustimmen und sollte das Sprachniveau beibehalten werden, dann kann die bedingte Zulassung
zum folgenden Ausbildungsbeginn verlängert werden.
