Der PC ist hochgefahren und alle Programme sind geschlossen. Legen Sie die DVD in das CD/DVD-Laufwerk ein. Das Installationsprogramm startet automatisch. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, fhren Sie die Datei "Setup.exe" im Hauptverzeichnis der DVD aus. Whlen Sie die Sprache der Installation aus und klicken Sie auf die Schaltflche "OK". Der Installationsassistent wird gestartet. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltflche "Weiter". Der Lizenzvertrag erscheint. Akzeptieren Sie den Lizenzvertrag mit der Schaltflche "Ja". Das Programm fhrt mit der Installation fort.

Inbetriebnahme
Monitor einschalten. inLab-System-PC einschalten. Der PC bootet ohne Fehlermeldung. inEos einschalten. Die Betriebs-LED blinkt. inLab 3D-Software starten.

Nachdem alle Verbindungen hergestellt sind, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

Im Men "Einstellungen" / "Konfiguration" / "Gerte" auf "Automatisch hinzufgen" klicken. Der inLab-System-PC wird nach angeschlossenen Gerten durchsucht. Bei korrektem Anschluss des inEos (siehe Verbindungen herstellen [ 5]) wird die Software auf COM3 geladen, der Scanner als inEos erkannt und mit seiner Seriennummer angezeigt.

Wenn Sie danach den inEos zu Ihrer Gerteliste hinzufgen mchten, klicken Sie auf "Gert hinzufgen". Der inEos ist in der Konfigurationsliste zu sehen.

Beachten Sie ggf. den Hinweis "Kalibrierung erforderlich" (siehe inEos Gebrauchsanweisung, Kapitel "Kalibrieren"). Besttigen Sie die Liste mit "OK". Nach erfolgreicher Kalibrierung wird bei jedem Neustart der inLab 3D-Software der angeschlossene inEos automatisch erkannt und der Software-Download wird wenn ntig automatisch durchgefhrt. Rechts unten in der Statusleiste des Programms wird angezeigt, dass die bertragung der Software stattfindet. Die bertragung ist nach ca. 10Sek. abgeschlossen. Die Betriebs-LED leuchtet nach erfolgtem Download permanent.

Sicherheit

Der inLab-System-PC ist mit Windows Vista Service Pack1 ausgestattet. Die Windows-Firewall ist als einzige wesentliche Sicherheitsmanahme im Sicherheitscenter aktiviert. Es ist serienmig keine Antivirussoftware in Vista integriert und die Automatischen Updates sind nicht konfiguriert (siehe Bild). Sollten Sie den Rechner nicht im Netz (LAN oder Internet) benutzen und niemals Dateien und Programme mit anderen Rechnern austauschen, ist die Installation einer Antivirussoftware und das Durchfhren der Automatischen Updates nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Beschdigung des Systems und Datenverlust: Wenn Sie Dateien und Programme mit anderen PC-Systemen austauschen und Sie Sich mit diesem PC im Netzwerk (LAN oder Internet) bewegen, knnen Viren Schaden anrichten. Installieren Sie ein sich stndig aktualisierendes Antivirusprogramm. Aktivieren Sie die Funktion Automatische Updates von Windows Vista. Der ggf. vorhandene Netzschalter auf der Rckseite des PC ist nicht eingeschaltet. Die Auflsung und Frequenz des eingesetzten Monitors entspricht nicht den Mindestanforderungen (1280x1024; 70Hz). Die USB Verbindung wurde nicht in die richtige Buchse (COM3) gesteckt.

Der PC startet nicht auf Tastendruck.

Connect the inEos FireWire port to the FireWire port on the rear panel of the PC with a FireWire cable. Connect the inEos RS 232 port to the USB RS 232 converter with the RS 232 cable.

The PC is powered up and all programs are terminated. Insert the DVD in the CD/DVD drive. The setup program starts automatically. If this is not the case, run the "Setup.exe" file in the root directory of the DVD. Select the language of the installation and click the button marked "OK". Click the "Next" button. The license agreement is shown. Accept the license agreement with the "Yes" button. The program continues the installation routine. The installation wizard opens.

Initial startup
Switch the monitor on. Switch the inLab system PC on. The PC boots up without an error message. Switch the inEos on. The power LED starts flashing. Start the inLab 3D software.

After all connections have been made, proceed as follows:

In the menu "Settings" / "Configuration" / "Devices..." click "Add automatically". The software will search the inLab system PC for connected devices. If the inEos is properly connected (see "Making connections" [ 5]) the software is downloaded to COM3. The scanner is then detected as an inEos unit and its serial number will be displayed.

If you would like to add the inEos to your device list, click "Add Device". The inEos now appears in the configuration list.

Observe the message "Calibration necessary" (see inEos Operating Instructions, Chapter on "Calibration"). Confirm the list with "OK". Following a successful calibration, the inLab 3D software of the connected inEos is automatically detected each time the unit is restarted and the software download will be performed automatically as required. The status bar at the bottom right of the inEos program screen indicates that the software is being transferred. The transfer process is completed in approx. 10 sec. The power LED lights up constantly when the download is completed.

Safety

The inLab system PC is equipped with Windows Vista Service Pack 1. The Windows firewall is the only significant security option activated in the Security Center. No antivirus software is serially integrated in Vista and the automatic updates are not configured (see screenshot). If you do not use the computer in a network (LAN or Internet) and never exchange files or programs with other computers, the installation of antivirus software and the performance of automatic updates are not necessarily required.

CAUTION
Damage to the system and data loss: If you exchange files and programs with other PC systems and/or operate this PC in a network (LAN or Internet), damage may be caused by software viruses. In this case, install a continuously updated antivirus program. Activate the "Automatic Updates function of Windows Vista. Run backups of all your important files at regular intervals.

Possible cause
If the PC has a power switch on its rear panel, this switch may possibly be switched off. The resolution and frequency of the monitor being used do not meet the minimum requirements (1280x1024; 70Hz). The USB connection was not made to the correct port (COM3).

Corrective action
Turn the power switch on (if present).

Mise en service
Mettre en marche le moniteur. Mettre en marche le PC systme inLab. Le PC dmarre sans message d'erreur. Mettre en marche inEos. La DEL de fonctionnement clignote. Dmarrer le logiciel inLab 3D.

Une fois que tous les branchements sont ralises, procdez comme suit :

Dans le menu "Rglages" / "Configuration" / "Appareils", cliquer sur "Ajouter automatiquement". Une recherche d'appareils raccords au PC systme inLab est lance. Si inEos est correctement raccord (voir Raliser les raccordements [ 5]), le logiciel est charg sur COM3, le scanner est reconnu comme inEos et affich avec son numro de srie.

Observez le cas chant le message "Calibrage ncessaire" (voir notice d'utilisation inEos, chapitre "Calibrage"). Confirmez la liste en cliquant sur "OK". Une fois le calibrage ralis avec succs, le logiciel inLab 3D du inEos raccord sera automatiquement reconnu chaque redmarrage, et le chargement du logiciel sera automatiquement ralis si ncessaire. La transmission du logiciel est affiche en bas droite de la barre d'tat du programme. La transmission est acheve au bout d'environ 10 secondes. La DEL de fonctionnement s'allume en continu au terme du tlchargement.

Le PC systme inLab est quip de Windows Vista Service Pack1. Le firewall de Windows - en tant que seule mesure de scurit essentielle - est activ dans le centre de scurit. Aucun logiciel antivirus n'est intgr de srie dans Vista, et les mises jour automatiques ne sont pas configures (voir fig.). Si l'ordinateur n'est pas utilis en rseau (LAN ou Internet) et si des fichiers et de programmes ne sont jamais changs avec d'autres ordinateurs, il n'est pas forcment ncessaire d'installer un logiciel antivirus et de procder aux mises jour automatiques.

PRUDENCE
Endommagement du systme et perte de donnes : Si des fichiers et des programmes sont changs avec d'autres systmes PC et si l'utilisateur navigue avec ce PC dans un rseau (LAN ou Internet), des virus peuvent provoquer des dommages.
Installer un programme antivirus qui s'actualise en permanence. Activer la fonction Mises jour automatiques de Windows Vista. Effectuer rgulirement une sauvegarde des fichiers importants.

El PC se ha iniciado y todos los programas estn cerrados. Introduzca el DVD en la unidad CD/DVD. El programa de instalacin se inicia automticamente. De no ser as, ejecute el archivo "Setup.exe" del directorio raz del DVD. Seleccione el idioma de la instalacin y haga clic en el botn "Aceptar

(OK)".

Se inicia el asistente para la instalacin. 4. 5. Haga clic en el botn "Continuar". Aparece el contrato de licencia. Acepte el contrato de licencia con el botn "S". El programa contina con la instalacin.

Encender el monitor. Conecte el PC de sistema inLab. El PC se inicia sin mensajes de error. Encienda inEos. El LED de funcionamiento parpadea. Inicie el software inLab 3D.

Una vez establecidas todas las conexiones, haga lo siguiente:

En el men "Ajustes"/"Configuracin" / "Equipos" haga clic en "Aadir automticamente". Se buscarn equipos conectados al PC de sistema inLab. Si inEos est conectado correctamente (ver "Establecimiento de conexiones" [ 5]), el software se cargar en COM3, el escner ser reconocido como inEos y se mostrar con su nmero de serie.

Si despus desea aadir el inEos a la lista de equipos, haga clic en "Aadir equipo". El inEos puede verse en la lista de configuracin.

Tenga en cuenta la nota "Calibracin necesaria" (ver Manual del operador de inEos, captulo "Calibracin"). Confirme la lista con "Aceptar (OK)". Tras la correcta calibracin y en cada reinicio del software inLab 3D, el inEos conectado se reconocer automticamente y la descarga de software se realizar automticamente cuando sea necesario. En la parte inferior derecha de la barra de estado del programa se indica que se est efectuando la transmisin del software. La transferencia finaliza transcurridos aprox. 10 segundos. El LED de funcionamiento se queda encendido tras la correcta descarga.

Seguridad

El PC de sistema inLab viene equipado con Windows Vista, Service Pack 1. El firewall de Windows es la nica medida de seguridad destacable activada en el centro de seguridad. No hay ningn software antivirus integrado de serie en Vista y las actualizaciones automticas no estn configuradas (ver imagen). En caso de no utilizar el PC en red (LAN o Internet) y de no intercambiar nunca archivos ni programas con otros PC, no es estrictamente necesario que instale un antivirus ni que realice actualizaciones automticas.

PRECAUCIN
Daos en el sistema y prdida de datos: Si intercambia archivos o programas con otro PC o si se conecta a la red (LAN o Internet) con este PC, los virus pueden causarle daos.
Instale un programa antivirus que se actualice continuamente. Active la funcin "Actualizaciones automticas" de Windows Vista. Realice peridicamente copias de seguridad de los archivos ms importantes.

Collegare la presa FireWire di inEos con la presa FireWire del PC posta sul lato posteriore tramite il cavo FireWire. Collegare la presa RS 232 di inEos al convertitore USB RS 232 tramite il cavo RS 232.

Accendere il monitor. Accendere il PC di sistema inLab. Il PC si avvia senza alcun messaggio di errore. Avviare inEos. Il LED di funzionamento lampeggia. Avviare il software inLab 3D.

Dopo avere creato tutti i collegamenti, procedere come segue:

Nel menu "Impostazioni" / "Configurazione" / "Apparecchi" fare clic su "Aggiungi automaticamente". Vengono cercati gli apparecchi collegati al PC di sistema inLab. Se inEos collegato correttamente (vedere "Creazione dei collegamenti" [ 5]), il software viene caricato sulla COM3, lo scanner viene riconosciuto come inEos e viene visualizzato il suo numero di serie.

Se si desidera aggiungere successivamente inEos nel proprio elenco apparecchi, fare clic su "Aggiungi apparecchio". inEos diventa visibile nell'elenco di configurazione.

Eventualmente fare attenzione alla nota " necessaria la calibrazione" (vedere Istruzioni d'uso inEos, capitolo "Calibrazione"). Confermare l'elenco con "OK". Una volta eseguita correttamente la calibrazione, a ogni riavvio del software inLab 3D l'inEos collegato viene riconosciuto automaticamente e, se necessario, viene eseguito automaticamente il download del software. In basso a destra nella barra di stato del programma viene visualizzato il trasferimento del software in corso. Il trasferimento avviene in circa 10 secondi. Una volta eseguito correttamente il download, il LED di funzionamento rimane acceso.

Sicurezza

Il PC di sistema inLab dotato del Service Pack1 di Windows Vista. Il firewall di Windows attivato come unica misura di sicurezza fondamentale nel Centro sicurezza. In Vista non integrato di serie alcun software antivirus e gli aggiornamenti automatici non sono configurati (vedere figura). Se il computer non viene utilizzato in rete (LAN o Internet) e non vengono mai scambiati file e programmi con altri computer, l'installazione di un software antivirus e l'esecuzione degli aggiornamenti automatici non indispensabile.

CAUTELA
Danneggiamento del sistema e perdita dei dati: Se si sostituiscono file e programmi con altri sistemi PC e ci si muove con tale PC in rete (LAN o internet), possibile che eventuali virus causino danni.

Anomalia
Il PC non si avvia alla pressione di un tasto.

L'interruttore di rete Accendere eventualmente l'interruttore di rete (se presente sul retro del presente). PC non stato acceso. La risoluzione e la Utilizzare un monitor frequenza del monitor che soddisfi i requisiti utilizzato non minimi. soddisfano i requisiti minimi (1280x1024; 70 Hz). Per il collegamento USB non stata utilizzata la porta corretta (COM3). Inserire il cavo USB nella porta COM 3 (sul retro del PC).

Sul monitor non vengono visualizzate immagini, nonostante siano stati realizzati tutti i collegamenti. Il download (trasferimento del software) non ha inizio; messaggio di errore: nessuna porta COM libera ecc.
