When we are Loving Eyes, our bodies are the union of appearance and emptiness.

Sounds of all kinds become his pure mantra, the union of sound and emptiness , and
our formerly unclear minds become the union of insight and emptiness. We hold on to
this as well and for as long as we can.
When reciting the mantra:
We may focus on the perfection of being Loving Eyes.
We may experience our outer form and the meaning of all our attributes:
the necklaces express the perfection of generosity
the armlets and anklets express the perfection of meaningful behaviour
the earrings express the perfection of patience
the belt expresses the perfection of enthusiastic efort
the hair ring expresses the perfection of meditation
the crown expresses the perfection of wisdom
We may focus on the seed syllable HRIH in the heart
We may also concentrate on the meaning and colour of the mantra:
OM is white and removes pride
MA is green and removes jealousy
NI is yellow and removes attachment
PE is blue and removes stupidity
ME is red and removes greed
HUNG is black and removes hate
We may vibrate with the mantra,
develop compassion for the countless
beings who seek happiness in ways that will
only produce confusion and loss,
send light and blessings
purifying all worlds and beings.
In the completion phase, the HRIH letter dissolves until a tiny point is left, which then

Wenn wir Liebevolle Augen sind, drcken unsere Krper die Einheit von Erscheinung
und Leerheit aus.
Jedes Gerusch ist sein reines Mantra, die Einheit von Laut und Leerheit, und unser
zuvor unklarer Geist wird zur Einheit von Einsicht und Leerheit. Wir halten diese Sicht
so lange und so gut wie wir knnen.
Whrend wir das Mantra sprechen, knnen wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf die Vollkom-
menheit von Liebevolle Augen richten:
Wir knnen unsere uere Form und all unsere Merkmale mit deren Bedeutung
erfahren:
- die Halskette drckt die Vervollkommnung von Grozgigkeit aus
- die Armbnder und Fuketten zeigen das Erlangen sinnvollen Verhaltens
- die Ohrringe stehen fr vollkommene Geduld
- der Grtel symbolisiert erreichte, freudvolle Anstrengung
- das Haarband zeigt die Vervollkommnung der Meditation
- der Stirnschmuck steht fr perfekte Weisheit
Wir knnen uns auf die Keimsilbe HRIH in unserem Herzen konzentrieren
Wir knnen uns auch auf die Bedeutung und die Farbe des Mantras einstellen:
