1.1 Software-Update vorbereiten
Der Update Vorgang
Beim Update der Steuerungssoftware werden Bedien- und Steuermodul upgedatet.
Benötigte Hilfsmittel
Sie benötigen folgende Hilfsmittel:

 das aktuelle Software-Update für die entsprechenden Boards (Bedien- und Steuermodul).
Die Updates werden auf unserer Webseite im Download-Bereich bereitgestellt.
 einen USB-Stick. Der USB-Stick muss leer sein, idealerweise neu formatiert mit FAT Dateisystem.

Entpacken Sie die Dateien auf den leeren USB-Stick in das Root-Verzeichnis. Legen Sie die entpack-
ten Dateien keinesfalls in einem Unterordner ab

1.2 Software updaten
Voraussetzungen
Kontrollieren Sie, ob folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:

 Der USB-Stick mit dem Software-Update und gegebenenfalls den Filmen steht zur Verfügung.
 Der Kombidämpfer ist betriebsbereit.
Software-Update durchführen
1. Schalten sie den Kombidämpfer ein.

Resultat:
Die Startseite wird angezeigt.
2. Stecken Sie den USB-Stick ein und warten Sie bis zu 5 Sekun-
den.
3 Update is running erscheint.
Warten Sie etwa 2 Minuten.
3.1 Resultat:
Der Softwareupdate-Bildschirm wird angezeigt.
Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl.

3.2 Das Update läuft und ein Fortschrittsbalken wird angezeigt.
3.3 Warten Sie, bis bei allen Updates ein Haken erscheint und das
OK-Feld angezeigt wird.
Hinweis:
Falls anstatt des OK-Feldes eine andere Anzeige erscheint,
müssen Sie den ganzen Update-Vorgang erneut starten.

3.4 Bestätigen Sie die Übernahme und warten Sie, bis die Startsei-
te wieder angezeigt wird.
Resultat:
Das Update wurde erfolgreich durchgeführt.
4. Ziehen Sie den USB-Stick ab.
5. Schalten sie den Kombidämpfer aus und wieder ein.

Resultat:
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

1.1 Preparing for a software update
The update process
During the update both operating and control module will be updated.
Materials required
You will need the following materials

 the latest software update for the relevant board. The updates are provided in the Download area of
the manufacturer’s website.
 a USB stick. The USB stick must be empty and, ideally, reformatted with the FAT file system.
Preparing the USB stick for a software update
Follow the instructions in the download area:
Unzip the files into the root directory of the empty USB stick. Never save the extracted files in a sub-
directory.

1.2 Software update
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met:

 The USB stick containing the software update and possibly the movies is on hand.
 The combi steamer is ready for use.
Performing a software update
1. Switch the Combi steamer ON

Result:
The main page is displayed.
2. Plug in the USB stick.
3 Update is running is displayed.

This may take several minutes.
3.1 Result:
The Softwareupdate screen is diplayed.
Confirm the selection.

3.2 The update is running and a progress bar is displayed.
3.3 Wait for all updates will display a checkmark and the OK box
appears
Note:
If a different display appears instead of the OK field, you must
restart the whole update process again.

3.4 Confirm the OK button and wait until the start page is displayed
again.
Result:
The update was successful.
5. Remove the USB stick
6. Switch the Combi steamer OFF and ON again.

Result:
The appliance is now ready for use.
